I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop since I was young, but this was my first time ordering a cake through Line. I decided to try ordering a 3-pound praline cake for 3,285 THB. However, the admin’s response on Line was unprofessional. She made an error in the message on the cake and showed no interest in correcting it until I pointed it out. Only then did the admin call the Grab driver back to have it fixed, causing an inconvenience to the driver, who, fortunately, was very understanding. Despite all this, She was no apology to me as a customer. I’d like to suggest improvements in customer response etiquette and attention to detail before sending communications. Cakes, coffee and lots of treats selling here. It was during afternoon break of the restaurant part, people who finished lunch constantly visit the bake shop for take away sweets. The shop has only few small tables, not good for large group during that time. After 3pm it was quiet and only us enjoying cakes and beverage.
