Food quality was uneven, given the price point. We ordered two lunch meal sets, and the portions were good, and food was well presented. It wasn't fast, but not slow either; but we were the only people with orders on the go at the time.
The problem was taste and quality - the breaded pork was not good - over breaded, poorly fried, and dry. The crispy pork belly was pretty good, but the spicy pasta was simply way too spicy (and yes, I do eat spicy foods in Thailand) due to the amount of fresh finely chopped chilis in the small amount of spaghetti which threw the dish out of balance - just pure heat. The pasta was well cooked, however.
The atmosphere was mediocre. It's called "Jardin", but the garden decor was very limited, even though there was plenty of space. The service was just "ok", especially given there was only one other table occupied.

Dessert is more extravagant at Le Provence. But both restaurants are good and long...
