We were queuing for 30-40 minutes and there were only 10 queues ahead of us,, many were skipped due to the unable to wait. This was fine.

Until customers left and there were around 10 tables is available but the employees didn’t call the queue at all.

Many people asked them what are they waiting for but got no answer.

Once we got the table, no menu served so we called them twice until we got the menu.

Once we know what we are wanting, we called at least 3 waiters to get our menu, they are all nodding but still not come.

Once we ordering, 70% in the menu were not available.

I experienced not a good services with this restaurant before (they served other tables who order after me first) but i can ignore it because the food is good.

But this time, i am very disappointed and decided not to come here again.
