ONE star because of a Terrible and Rude service by the staff Charit. This particular staff need proper training and he is not even a student trainee. All the more, he needs to role model to the trainee students and not influence them with such manners serving guests. This particular staff needs to learn how to speak politely with empathy. Just have to engage with a heart, there is no need to intentionally embarrass guests with a loud 'shout out'. Hey, that facial expression on Charit and tone was extremely rude! In fact, we were expecting to have 2 more guests at our breakfast table but they were missed.

Sorry to say that the whole dining experience at Ventisi throughout our days of stay at the hotel have been so excellent but indeed left us with a bitter taste at the breakfast session. Excellent variety of food, the restaurant Manager and generally all other staff even though many of them were trainee students, they were very polite during breakfast times. Incredible experience! The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the service was excellent.

The standout for me was the variety of premium seafood, all made to order and served fresh to your table. I particularly enjoyed the grilled prawns, steamed blue crab, and the oysters with condiments. Each dish was perfectly cooked, and the seafood was incredibly fresh, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I opted for the premium package, which included a whole lobster, and it was absolutely worth it! The lobster was cooked to perfection, and I chose the lobster with cheese option – creamy and delicious.
