Kiko Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Patong

Booked for dinner Wednesday 30th November 7pm, nice decor and seating. Ordered Shrimp Tempura and Deep Fried Fish Cake. My wife received her shrimp of which I had one of the 4. We had both ordered the Sweet and Sour, my wife chicken and myself pork. I was thinking is this Japanese or Chinese! They both duly arrived before my starter. I complained and then 4 blobs of heated spicy stuff arrived without the cucumber relish. No deep fried fishcake at all. Meanwhile I ate very little of that whilst my wife enjoyed her chicken sweet and sour. My pork sweet and sour was tough and not very nice at all. Was this restaurant quality Japanese food, I beg to differ. Just over 2000 baht including two cocktails...

One of the best kept secrets in Phuket. Beautiful restaurant in the front area of the Diamond Cliff Resort, safe off street parking at the front or easy and safe Tuk Tuk entry and pick up. Now for the food, AMAZING… easily the best sashimi I’ve eaten, and I come from a country of very fine food. Service is typically fantastic Thai, but the food is spectacular. Reasonable prices considering the quality. Two of us ate like kings with cocktails and sparkling water for THB2000. Do it for sure if you like Japanese food and want a change of pace. We dined at Kiko for a birthday celebration and we were able to preorder a cake and they put a nice "Happy Birthday" sign at our table 😊 The restaurant is located within walking distance from Patong beach. We started with cocktails and ordered pork gyozo and wagyu sushi which were both delicious. We then ordered a variety of sashimi, ngiri and rolls. All the food was beautifully presented, very fresh and delicious. We had a great evening and can recommend Kiko if you're looking for a high quality...
