Lucky 13 Sandwich Phuket Town — Restaurant in Patong

Here I am not going to comment about the foods. The foods are great. But it's about the ridiculous service provided by a waitress. The waitress (I didn't save her name) giving us black face all the while when we were stayed there for 4 days.

On 19/9/19 morning. We celebrated friend's birthday with an ice cream cake (It's a happy ceremony) The waitress still gave us her black face and impolite attitude. This restaurant can't even chit chat louder, and prohibited brought in birthday cake from outside for the celebration. Meanwhile, after meal it's not allow to sit there for longer than 20 minutes even the restaurant not full of clients (Can consider as empty) If really not allow customer sitting there after meal, please stated there clearly.

After we blow the candles, started eating the cake, she came to clean up the table with immediately action. Looks like not welcome us to celebrate our happy moment there. If the restaurant not welcome clients celebrate their birthday party insist, please stated in front the glass door. Don't make us looks guilty and not welcoming.

I hope management get to train your staff clearly. In service line, smile is the attitude...

It wasn’t good. Actually it was really bad. Badest for month…. There was no caesar in the caesar sandwich. No nice dressing, just greas 🤢, plain mayonnaise and stuff from the industrial fridge. Pretty awful. The blue burger was almost the size of a coin… and awful too. Even more greasy awful fattyness. No flavour, just grease.

Dont eat here, most of the time there are plenty of options around with real cooking, love and tradition. This place is without love, heart and cooking… just industrialised tourist scam…. And its expensive too😂. For 500 bath you will get one tasty coke and some Grease…. Awful… 7/11 sandwiches are 100 times better. For real Greasy mc grease

This was the absolute worst take away order I have ever had. Everything me and my friend ordered was cold, tasted cheap, and was just plain awful.

It's like everything was made with out the right knowledge on how to do them.

We both ordered Blueberry smoothies, and we both knew before tasting it that it was not right, just by looking at it. It tasted like water.

Funny is, we were at a different one a couple of days ago. And have been on the one in chalong too. And both we at the same quality. This one in patong I would strongly not recommend. If I could give it 0 stars a would. Just because the others were soooo much better.

The price was also ridiculous considering not only the quality m, but in general. Its ridiculous. Seriously...
