Absolutely horrible experience. Sat down to order, was told the wait was 20 minutes, after 25 minutes nothing came out. We asked how much longer, the owner said another 20 minutes. We decided to leave and he has the nerves to take 25 baht for the water we ordered while waiting. Food from other guests looked awful. The restaurant was chaotic and nothing looked worthy. Zero stars. All the reviews must be fake!

RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS: I DID NOT NEED TO TASTE YOUR FOOD; everything that was brought out to the other guests looked awful, and that was the main reason why we wanted to leave. If it looked good, we would have waited, even though you lied to us and said the wait was only 20 minutes. When we left, the other guests even said we made a good choice to leave because they said you guys were extremely slow. What was really disturbing was that you were running a restaurant with only one person waiting on so many guests: that was a red flag to us that we should have left immediately, but we wanted to give you a chance. Your ignorance of charging me for the water was unacceptable: I did not go into your restaurant to wait that long to just have a water. I am confident your food is terrible, because the whole restaurant smelled really bad, and the food looked awful. I would never want to try it. If you cannot afford to pay staff at the price you charge, you just need to close down your restaurant instead of lying to your guests and wasting their time. It is ignorant and unprofessional, and...

We found this amazing restaurant on Google and decided to try it based on the reviews and photos. It absolutely didn't disappoint and we would highly recommend it.

Very nice and comfortable atmosphere with a qwerky historical theme throughout. Reasonably priced. The service and food was outstanding. Extremely attentive staff. We were a large group of 13 with several young kids and they made sure we were all very well looked after. Very family friendly.

The food was simply incredible. At the beginning of the meal, the staff said the menu was both Thai and Chinese and described each dish in detail as requested. Very knowledgeable across their menu.

The food was so good I forgot to take photos or plates were half finished by the time I did remember. The favourite dishes were the Soft Shell Crab, Cashew Chicken, Schezwan Green Beans, Roasted Red Pork, Crispy Chicken, Spring Rolls, and Crispy Pork Belly. I must say, the pork belly I would travel the 1hr we did to get there, again just for it. It was the best I've ever had. Flavour packed, well balanced with the pickled onion and accompanying sauce, along with the perfect crackling. On a hot day, with a cold beer, nothing beats it!

We will definitely be back before our...

This is easily, by far, without any doubt or hesitation, the best Chinese food I've had in my several years of living in Thailand. I was driving by, saw "饭" in the window, could not resist, and pulled over. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Aside from their friendly and attentive service, I was IMMEDIATELY KNOCKED OUT by their crispy pork belly (see photo). It is utterly sublime, truly the best I've had since the famous 'Kam's Roast Meats" in Hong Kong. I lived in Mainland China for over a decade, and I like to think that I know a thing or two about Chinese cuisine Having eaten it for breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout my time in the Middle Kingdom, I've sadly had to greatly lower expectations here in Thailand. It's a lovely country, but on the whole, Chinese food in Thailand frankly sucks. Keep this in mind when I tell you that Lhong Khao's Mapo Tofu honestly made me cry tears of joy, full-on weeping at the table. It is so accurate in terms of the flavor profile that it brought back many years of memories. If you even think you MIGHT like Chinese food, just a little, you are seriously missing out if you do not try this place. You are not...

This one is getting added to my phuket favs list! 🤤 Honestly the food was so hot, fresh and delicious I ate it before I could take a picture. I've tried a handful of places since I arrived in Phuket, and this was by far the best! 🍽️ I got the stir fried cashew with cashew nut 🥜 and the side of rice vermicelli. Absolutely succulent. 🥖 Lots of gluten free options as is usually the case with asian cuisine. 💲Affordable at about 200 baht for my dish and it was very filling. But there were some more expensive dishes available, like the crab platter (it was a pretty long menu with tons of options). ❄️ Nice and cool with active aircon. So very enjoyable on a hot day. 🧹 Nice clean interior with a cozy atmosphere. Wood style front adds to the character of the place and gives it a Quint, antique feeling. 🤵 Friendly staff and they spoke a bit of English. Would highly recommended you check this place out if you are a fan of Asian cuisine.
