The quality of the food was exceptional. Both our fries and burgers were fresh, hot, and delicious, showcasing this franchise's commitment to quality. Each bite was a delight, and it was evident that care had been taken in the preparation of our meals.

The staff at McDonald's were polite and attentive, further enhancing our dining experience. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests added to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant.

While the seating area appeared to be limited, we were fortunate to visit at a time when there was a good amount of seating available. This allowed us to enjoy our meal in comfort, adding to the overall satisfaction of our visit.

Worst customer service, I have experience in the world. I have been to McDonald's in every single country I have been to, and this is by far the most disgusting. I showed the staff member and manager Bus (wurns) first assistant manager that my ice cream cone was empty and he said that serving empty ice cream is standard in every single Macdonald in Thailand, which is not true because I have been to other ones even just down the road which services normal ice cream cone. Please avoid this place and this manger Bus (wurns) first assistant manager. He was not apologetic at all and made no attempts to correct the mistake. Another stuff member attended to correct the mistake, but first assistant manager Bus (wurns) stopped him from doing so. I will be reporting this to Thailand Macdonalds head office because I strongly dislike people ripping...
