š„©Tiger Crying Steak (850++) - not just a boring stake. Spicy dish. The meat is very tender and cooked amazingly. Serve with portion of rice and papaya salad as side dishes.
šBig Bird burger (320++) - amazingly satisfying. The meat is incredibly juicy & cooked just as you ask it. The ban brioche is crispy yet hold the juicy burger. The Taste is mind blowing. I enjoyed every bit of it. Served with French fries.
šChili fries (160++) - French fries served with chili meat on top & slices of cornichon. A bit spicy. Taste is excellent, fries are crispy and the meat is juicy.
š§Soda water (70++)
š„„Fresh coconut
š°Value for price - expensive, but worth it mostly. Portions are big & very well done. The chef & kitchen staff clearly know how to treat well the ingredients - from the way they cooked the meat to the level of presentation. The kitchen is open and itās fun watching them mastering the cooking.
āØAtmosphere - we went for late lunch so we could enjoy a nice sunset after, the place wasnāt that busy that time. The ambiance is very cool, inside feels more fancy while outside feels more chill back. Interior design is very beautiful, the whole place recently went under renovation & looks very good now.
š§š¼āš³Service - the waiter who took the order was pleasant and understood pretty ok English. After the meal we got approached by another waiter which was also very polite & nice. We had a very nice chat with him and his level of English was great. Overall all staff seems friendly & polite, speaks well English.
šParking - parking lot inside the hotel for car & bike.
šš½Overall itās a great place for celebrations, romantic dinning or just to grab a drink during sunset time. Menu isnāt big, so not many options, but food is well done so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was staying at the Sheraton and the y is connected to the hotel. I am a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member. So when this place came high recommended, I figured I had to try it out. When I saw they were having a bbq buffet, I figured it would be a good time. Sadly, I was very wrong. When I walked in, I was asked if I was staying at the hotel and if I had a reservation. When I said I was staying and didnāt have a reservation, the hostess got snarky with me and told me they typically require a reservation. Mind you, this was 8:45pm on a weekday and the restaurant was about half way full. I sat down and ordered a Pepsi max and the buffet. I took them about 15 min to give me Pepsi max and it was watered down. When I asked for a new one it took another 20 min to get to me. The meal was the worst meal I have had in Phuket. The food was undercooked or over cooked. The food was cold and took forever to get (surprised since it was buffet style). The only options outside of the meat was 4 side dishes that were only warm and disquieting at that (cheesy vegetables, potatoes wedges, garlic rice and salad bar). The salad bar was very minimal with only milk based salad dressing and limited toppings. When I finally asked for my check, again it took forget to get it. Bonvoy gold members get 20% which is on their sign. When I got my bill and told her I was good member and showed her my status, she fought me on this saying that they donāt give discounts. After several back and forth and showing her the sign, I still only got 10%. I was paying cash for the dinner. Overall, donāt go here, the food was gross, the service is terrible and even thought atmosphere is amazing when you sit outside and see the beach, there are so many more amazing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs we are staying in the Four Points hotel, we had dinner here. It became an experience not to be repeated. We ordered the Australian tenderloin steak and the Steamed Crab. The staff mentioned that today was crab day, so specially recommended it. I received my steak rather quickly, but while I had ordered it medium rare, it came as well done. And since it gets served on a hot iron plate (with no separate dish provided) it became completely overdone by the time you get to it midway. We had to specially ask for a steak knife - the staff didnāt know at first they had this available. The steak was served with some fries, which were so salty that they were almost impossible to eat. My partner had ordered the crab, but this only showed up after one hour and several reminders. The crab looked good at first, but contained essentially no meat, only soft juice. It was either not fresh or completely overcooked. As the restaurant only opened recently, it was obvious that the staff was not well trained. They didnāt pay much attention to our table and we had to remind them even to take away the dishes, when we were finished. As a compensation for the poor experience, we did not have to pay for the overdone steak and were offered dessert. As there was little choice, I took the mango with black sticky rice. Unfortunately even that didnāt do much good to our experience: it was probably the most sour mango Iāve had in Thailand. With proper management and a strong training program the hotel may be able to still turn this situation around. I look forward to read the reviews a year from now and see whether...
