My experience at Suzi Wang's A Go Go was a rollercoaster, marked by a stark contrast between my two visits. The initial impression was positive when I went with my partner, but the second visit during my friend's bachelorette party was awful.
The first time around, Suzi Wang's seemed like a decent strip club for a fun night out.
However, the second visit turned out to be a nightmarish ordeal. Upon reaching the entrance, the security guards, without any prior explanation, abruptly refused us entry. Their claim that women were forbidden inside baffled us, especially given that I had been there before without any issues. The situation escalated quickly, with the security guards becoming extremely rude and even trying to physically push us aside onto the street.
A passerby intervened on our behalf, preventing the situation from escalating further. Despite this, we opted not to enter the club to avoid any more conflict and to salvage what was left of our bachelorette party.
The inconsistency in the treatment we received on our two visits was perplexing. Initially, they had literally chased us on the street to enter (having no issues with me being a lady, as long as I was with my fiance apparently). The second time around, they claimed that no women were allowed. The lack of transparency and the disrespectful behaviour of the security guards was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly atmosphere.
Suzi Wang's A Go Go, based on my second experience, appears to be far from a girl-friendly place. The notion that women are only allowed when accompanied by a man, as conveyed during our ordeal, is not only outdated but also discriminatory. Their attitude towards us and their inconsistent policies were not only disappointing but also reflective of an bar that does not value its female customers.
Based on the treatment and the disrespectful behaviour we have experienced, I would caution against choosing Suzi Wang's A Go Go for a night out. There are plenty of other gogo bars in the area that offer a far more welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all customers,...
Read moreAn incident last night around 10pm. A rude and arrogant staff. I visited Suzy Wong with my partner however I was stopped by one of the staff standing outside. He asked to buy a drink first otherwise he wouldn't let me in (something contrary to the Suzy Wong rules). I showed him the board he was holding which clearly said free entry and told him, I will have a look for a minute, and If I like the place then I will buy the drink.
He refused saying he won't let me in unless I buy the drink. "Looking without drink not allowed" was what he kept repeating. I asked him his name, then he very arrogantly replied "Ben" & then Mac. I told him again that I will definitely buy drink if I decide to sit but for that I need to have a look at the place. He bluntly denied and said I won't let you in.
We were not in the mood to ruin our day, so we headed towards Chicago bar and enjoyed the place. Suzi Wong manager, if you care about clients, then give proper training to your staff. No one want to get into unnecessary arguments with an arrogant staff. You lost your client to another bar for no reason just because your staff member had forced me to buy a drink.
Update to your Response on my review: To deal with low quality customer you are not supposed to mistreat the genuine customer. If you feel a "99 baht" drink will help you distinguish serious window shoppers and your good clients, then you really need to come up with better price. Change your rules which you boast about, especially free entry. Train your staff for some manners instead of arrogance.
A person on internation trip which fuels a major part of your tourism (your most of clients) isn't bothered about 99 baht as they are already spending thousands during their visit. I didn't mind paying and spending 4000 Baht at Chicago because they dint treat customer like your staff did. You lost business of over 4000 baht over your arrogant staff and your absurd defence of selling a...

If Las Vegas and a fever dream had a baby, and that baby grew up listening to 2000s hip-hop while learning interpretive dance — you’d get Suzy Wrong.
From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with neon lights, booming bass, and an army of confident performers who look like they’ve stepped straight out of a music video and into your peripheral vision. The energy? Chaotic perfection.
The club’s concept — whatever you think it is, it’s probably more than that. Let’s just say it’s equal parts humor, spectacle, and perfectly timed choreography. The performers are charismatic, hilarious, and know exactly how to work a crowd — no awkward moments here, just pure fun and disbelief that this is even legal.
The staff deserves a shoutout too: friendly, fast, and probably saints for putting up with tipsy patrons trying to philosophize about art at 2 a.m.
Would I go again? Absolutely — though my dignity might need a few days to recover.
Pros: Wild atmosphere, amazing performers, unforgettable show. Cons: You’ll wake up with glitter in places you didn’t know you had.
Final verdict: 💃 “Suzy Wrong” the kind of wrong that feels oh so...
