Great value. Very Clean, Great WiFi, Fantastic and Friendly Service. Great roof-top pool with music and lots of great covered seating /tables / couches and a shower and restrooms. TV has Euronews, France24, and NHK in English. All bathrooms are equipped with sufficiently powerful bum guns!
We have now stayed here during each of our several (5) visits to Phuket. They have kindly and safely stored our luggage any time that we have asked. We have even contacted them via email and asked for a good rate and, whenever possible, they have accommodated us (better than Agoda, Booking, etc). While Everyone at the front desk is super friendly and helpful, we especially enjoyed dealing with Dao. She is currently wearing white rimmed glasses. She was super helpful and quick in responding to our email requests for documents showing the necessary information and verifications needed by the immigration authorities to allow us to get into Thailand under the Thailand Pass program that Agoda had not provided. She helped us very quickly all hours of day and night, despite the time difference between here and Istanbul (which we were visiting at the time). She truly deserves a raise and a promotion.
Currently, if you ask for "breakfast included" reservation, you will be served breakfast at the "Coffee Club" restaurant in the building and accessible through a door to the reception. It has standard Thai service with available outdoor seating and the included breakfast is currently a subset of what the restaurant offers. Currently, it includes unlimited orders! It does not include tea, but you can bring the free tea bags from your room (ask housekeeping for them) and then ask for hot water! We always asked for coffee, a pot of hot water, glasses of cold water, omelets, chicken sausage, fruit plates, cereal, etc. They also offer a pork or chicken Thai breakfast. You have many more options.
There is a small convenience store across the street and lots and lots of Thai and other restaurants (Sushi anyone?) just steps away. A 7-Eleven store is less than 100m away with lots of 45BHT laundry services down the side street that is at its corner. Bangla Road, along with its food side street and Beach access is 100m in the other direction. You can also get a great, family friendly professional message at the regular rate 25m away at C&N! ATMs from Bangkok Bank are literally next door. BigC huge grocery store is ~10 min walk away.
Make sure to ask for a quiet room if you don't plan to party and make loud noises in the hallway coming back from Bangla road at 3am š¾š„³šš»š.
Finally, remember that they don't turn off the power to the small refrigerator in the room when you take out your key card (standard). So you can use a US or European outlet splitter in that outlet to power your devices when you are not there! They also have a well equipped workout room.
We will stay here again and would recommend it to our parents (quiet rooms), friends and children...

My recent stay at Days Inn was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish, primarily due to the terrible service provided by a front desk employee named Mickey. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not on her agenda. Mickeyās rude and dismissive attitude set the tone for what would be a truly regrettable stay. When I asked about the room rates, which were absurdly high, she offered no explanation and treated my inquiry as an inconvenience. Her lack of professionalism was astounding, and it quickly became evident that this hotel was more interested in overcharging guests than providing a pleasant stay.
Upon entering my room, it was immediately apparent that the accommodations were far below even basic expectations. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, with worn-out furniture and stained carpets. The bed linens were thin and uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. However, the most troubling issue was the roomās electrical system. Several outlets didnāt work, and the lights flickered constantly, creating an unsettling atmosphere. I couldnāt help but feel that the hotel had skimped on every possible aspect of maintenance, likely to maximize profits. With the rates they charge, one would think they could afford to pay their staff better and hire quality workers instead of people like Mickey, whose poor attitude is undoubtedly driving away customers.
When I reported these issues to Mickey, her response was as unhelpful as expected. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering to move me to another room, she simply brushed me off, claiming that the electrical problems were ānormalā for the hotel. Her indifference was infuriating, and it was clear she had no interest in resolving the situation. Mickeyās behavior not only reflects poorly on her but also on the management of this Days Inn. Itās clear that the hotel is cutting corners across the board, and the lack of investment in both the property and its staff is painfully obvious.
In conclusion, my stay at Days Inn was a complete waste of money. The overpriced rates, coupled with the subpar accommodations and the dreadful service from Mickey, made it an experience I would never repeat. If Days Inn wants to salvage its reputation, it needs to start by addressing the significant issues with its facilities and staffing. Until then, I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. There are far better options available that wonāt leave you feeling overcharged and...
Ā Ā Ā Read more2nd stay here and Iād say Wyndham needs to train their staff. Being a western brand, at least the receptionist on duty should be able to converse in basic english, or learn basic HRM to deal with customers.Only reason I booked here for the 2nd time is due to the location, however, thereās so many other hotels in that same spot, maybe good to consider other hotels next time. Staff here is terrible.I have a major issue with the * receptionist usually on night duty.1st instance: 2nd day from arrival, we slept in late due to fatigue, called to have a room touch up around 6pm and this * dude answered. Absolutely horrendous accent, scolded us lightly saying we need to call in before 4pm if we want housekeeping. Rude and horrendous tone which was so hard to understand. I let it slip as I didnāt want to ruin our 1st day.2nd instance: I came back around 11pm and asked him to have my door opened as I only had 1 keycard, and my wife was deep asleep and I didnāt want to bother her. This same * dude was there, didnāt even look at me, simply picked up the phone and called the guard to open the door for me. I got irritated but didnāt want to cause any commotion so I let it go.3rd instance: Checked out at 5:30am, the only receptionist on duty was this unprofessional * dude who didnāt even bother to help our ladies with the luggages, as the lift doesnāt go all the way down to the basement until like 7am, we had to get down the 1st floor and carry the luggages down the stairs. He tried arguing over a 2nd keycard for my room which I patiently explained but, it was clear he wanted an argument. Out of nowhere switches topic to my pool bar bill which I had no issues paying, but since he cannot pronounce āPOOL BARā, I had to question what he was trying to charge me, even dare raise his voice, big mistake as I donāt take that kind of attitude. As a paying guest, you need to properly explain the charges you are billing us, I have no issues making payment for something I purchased, but itās staff duty to explain the bill. Not because we booked via Trip.com means you can treat us differently. We are no different from customers under Wyndham loyalty.Donāt bother asking me for his name, he didnāt have a name tag, nor answer me when I asked for his details.Iād want to comment on housekeeping too, same bottle cap under the desk when I arrived was still there until I left. They also just neatly hang the towels to make the bathroom look clean but they...
