I am writing this letter to express my heartfelt gratitude to Aoy, one of your outstanding staff members who provided me with an unforgettable breakfast service during my recent stay at W Bangkok.
From the moment I stepped into the breakfast area, Aoy greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. Her friendly demeanor and attentive attitude set a wonderful tone for the day. She was extremely knowledgeable about the breakfast menu, offering detailed and helpful recommendations on various dishes and beverages.
During my meal, Aoy constantly checked on me to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was refilling my coffee promptly, bringing extra condiments with a smile, or simply engaging in pleasant small talk, she made me feel like a valued guest. Her professionalism and dedication to customer service truly stood out.
What impressed me even more was Aoy's ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. Despite the busy breakfast rush, she remained calm, composed, and always ready to assist. She interacted with other guests in the same friendly and helpful manner, creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in the dining area.
Thanks to Aoy's excellent service, my breakfast experience at W Bangkok was not only delicious but also a truly pleasant one. Her efforts significantly enhanced my overall stay at the hotel, and I will definitely choose W Bangkok again...

Worst Thai food I’ve had in Bangkok – and that’s saying a lot since I’m here 3 or 4 times a year.
We were short on time before heading to the airport, so we decided to eat at the hotel. Most spots in the hotel didn’t open till noon, and staff recommended this place. Terrible mistake.
The green curry was inedible – tasted like the chef knocked over the salt shaker into the pot. I even requested for the chef to come out and taste it for himself/herself but no one came.
The crab flat noodles? Tasted okay, but came in two bites. For the price? Mega WTF.
The final straw was the beef noodles. Took 45 minutes to arrive – even after we told them we were in a rush. At the 15-minute mark, they asked if coriander root was okay. At 30 minutes, they asked again. That’s when I realized the dish hadn’t even started cooking. And when it finally arrived? Completely average.
I’m honestly furious. Would I stay at W Hotel again? Yes. Wonderful room, location and service staff. Would I eat at this restaurant again? Never.

Read moreCurrently, the restaurant only serves buffet lunch on Thursday and Friday for THB 599 nett.
A Club Marriott member receives a 30% discount, so he or she pays THB 436 nett.
When compared to the price, the lunch menus are adequate. It appears to be excellent value for money in my opinion. Salmon and tuna sashimi are available, as well as deep-fried items such as fish and chips, tempura shrimp and vegetables, noodles, zaru soba, roasted chicken, Thai shrimp tamarind sauce, salad, fruits, cakes, and ice cream. Water is complimentary.
Food tastes delicious. Waiters and waitresses are extremely attentive. The ambiance is five stars. The hotel is neat and clean. However, the water from the faucet in the WC near the restaurant is extremely soft. It's difficult to clean your hands with this overly gentle stream of water.
Parking can be an issue in this hotel, as it is in most of the downtown hotels. The parking layout is not ideal.
