Mott 32 Bangkok is truly a gem in the heart of the city, offering an exceptional Chinese dining experience that is second to none. From the moment you step into the restaurant, you are enveloped by an ambiance that exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor is impressive, blending modern elements with traditional Chinese motifs to create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere.

One of the highlights of Mott 32 is its remarkable bar, which offers a wide array of amazing cocktails. The bartenders are true artists, crafting drinks that are not only visually stunning but also perfectly balanced and flavorful. Whether you prefer classic cocktails or innovative creations, you are sure to find something that delights your palate.

The culinary experience at Mott 32 is nothing short of extraordinary. The dim sum is, without a doubt, the best I have ever had. Each piece is a masterpiece, with delicate textures and exquisite flavors that leave you wanting more. The Peking duck is another standout dish, prepared with precision and care. The crispy skin and tender, flavorful meat are simply divine, making it a must-try for any visit.

The grilled beef is yet another highlight, cooked to perfection and bursting with rich, savory flavors. Each bite is a testament to the skill and expertise of the chefs at Mott 32. The menu offers a diverse range of dishes, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Desserts at Mott 32 are equally impressive, providing a delightful end to the meal. The creativity and finesse in the dessert offerings are truly remarkable, with each dessert being a perfect blend of taste and presentation.

In addition to the outstanding food and drinks, the service at Mott 32 is impeccable. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of.

Overall, Mott 32 Bangkok is a dining destination that should not be missed. It is a place where every detail is meticulously crafted to provide an unforgettable experience. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to enjoy an extraordinary meal, Mott 32 delivers on every front. I cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to...

We came here on a Saturday night to try their Peking Duck. For a restaurant that prides itself on their Apple Wood Roasted Peking Duck, I failed to see the hype around it. The duck was roasted nicely (it was crispy) but lacking in flavour. I could not taste any of the smokiness or the applewood flavour. The duck tasted like any regular Peking style roast duck. We also ordered the lettuce wrap as our second course and the duck liver sausage mixed in it gave it a very odd aftertaste. The duck was relatively dry too - it wasn’t very juicy as you would expect.

We also had the Yeung chow fried rice which featured their BBQ Iberico pork which is apparently flown in from Spain but it was nothing special.

The highlight of the meal in my opinion was the hot and sour soup dumplings and quail egg sui mai from the dim sum menu. Both were very flavourful and presented a nice spin on traditional Chinese classics. The quail egg had a runny yolk and blended well with pork sui mai.

Overall, this was a disappointing meal for the prices we paid. If you’ve had real Cantonese cuisine before, I would skip the Mott32 in Bangkok. The ambiance is comfortable but the food is nothing to write home about. My biggest issue is the flavours that felt lacking but I guess that can be expected when they try to standardize the experience across all of their restaurants.

That being said, credit where credit is due: the chefs here have skills and it’s reflected in their cooking techniques. It’s hard to make Peking Duck with crispy skin (I’ve tried at home) and the duck we had was done right. Additionally, the crepes were super thin - thin enough that you can see your finger on the other side. The wrapper for the soup dumplings were nice and thin as well. And finally, the fried rice was well-made with every grain of rice separated from one another. It wasn’t too...

Mott 32 Bangkok offers an exceptional dining experience with both its exquisite food and impeccable service. During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying several standout dishes that left a lasting impression.

Dim Sum: The dim sum was truly remarkable. The thin, delicate skin encased a deliciously flavorful filling, so perfectly seasoned that it didn’t need any additional sauce. Each bite was a delight.

Char Siu (Red Pork): The red pork was grilled to perfection, with a fragrant, smoky aroma that immediately drew me in. The pork was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth, and was bursting with flavor. Easily one of the best I’ve had.

Crispy Pork Belly: The crispy pork belly was another winner. The skin was perfectly crisp, offering a satisfying crunch, and the balance of fat to meat was just right—not too fatty, yet full of flavor. Dipping it in mustard provided just the right amount of tang to complement the richness.

Peking Duck: The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Peking duck. The crispy duck skin, dipped in brown sugar, created a taste sensation unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The combination of sweet and savory was divine. As for the meat, the restaurant’s recommendation was to use it to make duck miang, which we enjoyed with fresh vegetables. It was a creative and refreshing way to enjoy the duck, and absolutely delicious.

Overall, Mott 32 Bangkok delivers an unforgettable dining experience with each dish carefully crafted to perfection. Whether you're there for dim sum, pork, or their signature Peking duck, you're in...
