Went here with my partner for a date night, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations.

The atmosphere felt a bit strange — especially the harsh lamp directly above our table. Instead of a cozy, romantic vibe, it felt more like we were sitting in an interrogation room. Definitely not what you’d want for a date.

Food-wise, we were let down. The seafood risotto was the worst I’ve had so far — it tasted more like a bowl of porridge with some Italian herbs sprinkled in than actual risotto. Considering that pasta is what this place is known for, we had higher hopes. At least the fettuccine al granchio was cooked al dente, but the sauce was too oily and overall the dish felt flat and forgettable.

The truffle pizza was just okay — edible, but not impressive. As for the tenderloin steak, we ordered it medium rare and it came out rare. Small detail, but disappointing given the price point.

Ironically, the highlight of our meal ended up being the cherry tomatoes that came as a side dish with the steak — fresh, flavorful, and honestly better than most of the mains.

Overall, for the price, the quality just isn’t there. Unless you’ve never had Italian food before, this probably won’t be worth your...

I joined a pasta-making course here and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The class was fun, hands-on, and gave me the chance to learn how to make fresh pasta myself. After the course, I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner right at the restaurant.

I started by eating the aglio e olio I had just made in class, which was both simple and delicious — there’s something really special about tasting your own freshly made pasta right away. After that, I ordered a few dishes from the menu: burrata, beef tartare, carbonara, and the mussel aglio. Every single plate was outstanding.

The highlight here is clearly the fresh pasta — perfectly cooked, silky in texture, and paired beautifully with well-balanced sauces. The ingredients are top quality, and it shows in every bite. From the creamy burrata to the rich and comforting carbonara, everything exceeded my expectations.

The cozy atmosphere and warm service made the whole experience even better. Whether you’re looking to learn pasta-making or just to enjoy a wonderful Italian dinner, The Pasta Apartment Silom is definitely a spot worth visiting.

✨ Highly recommended for food lovers and anyone who wants an authentic, memorable dining...

OMG we found this seemingly hidden gem down an alleyway in the heart of Bangkok only upon recommendation and I now know why!

Warmly greeted by a charming and very stylish young Italian man, this quaint little restaurant was like stepping into a kitsch Italian home of the 60s! The delightful decor was homely and welcoming, as was our waiter who brought us Prosecco and authentic Italian bread with superb quality olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sea salt. We started with a shared Margarita pizza topped with fresh basil, accompanied by dried oregano and chilli wine oil for the drizzling….

…soooooo good! 🍕🤤🥂🍾💕

I ordered the Wild Mushroom Risotto for my main dish which was also recommended by my beautiful friend, thank you Lala!! 🥰🙏

And of course we finished it off with Panna Cotta; my friend Ky had Tiramisu, with a complimentary scoop of coffee gelato and a complimentary shot each of Limoncello! 🤩

So very grateful for this authentic delectable and delicious Italian culinary experience 🇮🇹 There really is love on every...

Lovely atmosphere they created, we were sitting outside since it wasn’t too hot and inside I found the tables quite cramped next to each other. Waiter (non-Thai speaking) was very kind and informed about the possibility to split the pizza in 2 toppings when he noticed us debating for which topping to go. Overall I found the pork chop having the best taste! It’s in my eyes considered expensive for what you get, which will result for me in not coming very frequently. 2 things I didn’t really appreciate is only having a QR code food menu, wonder how you do that with senior customers…. Another thing was having cats crawling through the place, sitting on chairs and tables. I’d say they were pretty over staffed, seen so many different faces walking in/out of the kitchen especially considering the amount of customers during our visit. I believe the owner/manager is Italian but wasn’t onside.

The service was extremely slow, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. I ordered pasta at 9:00 PM, and after 30 minutes, it still hadn’t arrived. I’m really disappointed — I had looked forward to coming here for a long time, but it was a huge letdown. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Update: I did not request that you serve any specific dish first. If your policy is to wait until the starters are finished before serving the main course, that should have been clearly communicated to us. Different cultures have different dining expectations, and in this case, I informed the staff three times to please follow up on the remaining dish, as the wait for just one pasta was far too long. Also, please do not say that we didn’t eat the starters — I ate both dishes while waiting for the pasta.
