Recommended by a friend, this family-style, Australian steak and burger restaurant is unexpectedly located in a totally local Thai neighborhood. Hard to believe it is where it is.

I enjoyed one of the most delicious steaks ever to melt in my mouth, with a salad, and a couple of great beers to wash it down.

My son had a giant double bacon cheese burger, a generous plate of spaghetti carbonara prepared perfectly with Guanciale, also their famous chicken wings marinated with Sriracha sauce and some other secret ingredients. Of course he also had chips smothered in cheese and bacon, and a side order of onion rings.

According to my son this was "the absolute best burger he's had in his life". He's not exaggerating, but to give you a bit of context he is only 15 years old.

It's a small family friendly restaurant, with an outdoor area straight in from the street that seats 3-4 couples comfortably. An air-conditioned indoor dining area has 4-5 tables with counter seating along the windows that could sit another 3-4 guests.

After meeting the couple who own and run the business, you can immediately feel the warmth and passion for the food they serve, plus you can see the flair and experience on every plate. No fancy pretentious plating with minimalist artisanal fixings, just well plated honest food that invites you to devour everything with gusto. There were no survivors on our plates after that most excellent meal.

We paid a very reasonable price for the serving sizes and quality of the dishes we ordered. Mid to high range prices for the best possible food. We will definitely be back...

Absolute bangin' place and best burgers around!! We went for dinner here after having had a lot of thai food in our first 2 weeks which we loved but were missing and craving our favourite Western food - a good burger! 😁 So we ended up here based on reviews and it didn't disappoint. Good quality burgers that tasted unreal! This hit the spot! The fries that came free with the burger were also spot on. Oh and they had proper ketchup, my boyfriend and I have missed heinz lol so were very happy. The staff were lovely and friendly and we ended up chatting away to the owner and had a great laugh, he also gave us a few tips and recommendations of places to visit whilst here :) They also helped us get our first tuk tuk upon leaving so we didn't get ripped off as the obvious new tourists so cheers for that.

We ended up going back for breakfast the next day after Chase (the owner) told us how good the full English is.... once again, it did not disappoint. Big size and the best Cumberland sausages I've possibly ever tasted. Once again we got chatting away to Chase (great aussie humor!) who we then ended up going to a market with that evening that he'd recommended earlier. Top bloke! Friendly and so helpful to a couple of new british tourists so thank you for the great food and the sponatneous adventure out. Our favourite weekend in Thailand so far. Would highly recommend and will be visiting if we're in Bangkok again.

Oh and the coffee that came with the breakfast was divine, I chose a...

I have to say..this was NOT the best burger in Bangkok. Has to rank as one of my least favorite burgers across all of Thailand over the last 3 weeks. Don’t get me wrong, there are some good things about it. Bun was good. Toppings were fresh. The house sauce was ok and the pickles were great. BUT THE BEEF.. tasted like old beef that has sat in the fridge too long. And lacked seasoning and flavor. The fried egg I added was cooked perfectly and helped the burger along. The fries were a 6.5/10. Typical fresh fries with a little too much seasoning. (Season the burger instead!)

Now the good stuff. The server, possibly the owner? Was a great guy. Good vibes. Funny. And provided excellent service.

The Oreo milkshake. Delicious. But get it without the whip. Although the whip tasted clean and was good stirred in, very bland by itself.

The latte was a 6/10. The roast or the milk taste burnt. But was drinkable.

Now the chicken wings are DELICIOUS. This place should be recognized for their wings before the burgers. 10/10 on the wings. Well battered and fried. Seperated between the bones. And had a nice, flavorful kick to them.

Overall I’d come back for the wings and a shake as well as the great service. This place could be excellent as they do care, just missing the...

Beware! Prices don't include 10% service charge AND 7% tax. A nasty surprise. This is not the normal way to do things in Thailand, and it really seems like they're trying to cheat you. It does state it on the menu, but why would you look for it, when it's not normal Ridiculous. They over fawn, and it's a bit weird, and I have to pay 10% for the privilege. Please don't tip them. On the bright side, the beer comes in a skull, so quaffing the ale brings out your inner Klingon, which is worth an extra star. Alas, it's a crystal skull, which brings back bad memories of a certain Indy film. But I can't blame them for that particular beef!
