I had a negative experience with this place that really frustrated me. Back in November, they introduced a dessert made with Dubai chocolate. It was a trend at the time and sold out very quickly.
Recently, I checked the café’s Instagram and saw that they were restocking the dessert, promising it would be available on Sunday. Okay, we arrived on Sunday around 4 PM — only to find out it was already gone. One of the staff members (a large man) told us the dessert would be available on Wednesday. Since this wasn’t our first attempt to try it, we asked to reserve one. They took our name and told us to come on Wednesday at 12 PM.
On Tuesday, I checked their Instagram again and saw that the desserts had already arrived. I thought, “Finally, I’ll get to try it,” since the staff member had set aside our reserved portion.
We arrived on Wednesday at 12 PM, and guess what? “Sorry, we don’t have the dessert”
Seriously? We take the time to come to your cafe, and you can’t even show basic respect for your customers’ requests? What was your staff member expecting? That we wouldn’t show up?
A terrible and very terrible experience. I do not recommend it — you’ll just waste your time, and the whole situation will turn out to be another case of “expectation...

Read more1 of the best dessert shop with Bings in Phuket Old Town.
It’s my 1st try on this shop, the environment look nice & not really crowded at Thursday 6pm.
The dessert look visually nice & really tasty.
I don’t really have good expectation on Shokupan Sang-Ka-Ya due to the green color, but it taste really good. The warm toast with Sangkaya which is Thai custard dip that made from coconut milk & pandan leaves blend really well with the bingsu. It’s not too sweet so can eat really a lot.
We are also quite worry about the taste of Salty Egg Yolk Bua-Loi but it turn out really good. There are also a lots of mini chewy rice ball.
The only down side for this shop is it take quite long time to serve the dessert in the condition that the shop got very little customer.
Would I come again? Definitely yes! & it’s opening their 1st outlet in KL...
