I visited 48 hours ago. And I've been violently ill ever since. I own restaurants in the UK and we conduct very thorough paperwork document food temperatures and how long we hold food for before it must be discarded...
I considered going to the restaurant to tell them directly that their food was the cause of my food poisoning, but I really don't have the energy to have it turned into a potential argument.
My conclusion is this. My wife and I had the same food 72 hours ago. The only food we had that was different was the pasta we ordered 48 hours ago. As I left the restaurant the pasta broiler can be seen outside cooling..
Pasta should NOT be left to slowly cool, especially in a tropical environment like Thailand.
I started to feel heavy and unwell at around 10pm, so somewhere between 7-8 hours after eating, at by 1am I was fully in crisis mode.
I urge the owners to review their safety procedures for future customers.
The business is clearly not very old, and the food tastes reasonably good. The staff were helpful, and the pricing was fair.
But you MUST MUST MUST put the safety of your customers as a priority. Pasta is not to be messed around with. Temperature's matter. Use a dedicated fridge. Or an ice bath to cool then store. Do a hygiene course???

Read moreI had the pleasure of stumbling upon a hidden gem of a pasta place during my time in Thailand, and it was an absolute delight.
This family-owned restaurant welcomed us with open arms, even though they were just about to close for the night. The menu boasted an impressive array of pasta dishes, showcasing their versatility and creativeness.
Despite our late arrival, the food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with each dish generously coated in delicious sauces. We couldn't resist ordering a little bit of everything, and every bite was better than the last!
What truly set this place apart, however, was the warm hospitality of the family who owned it. As we savored our meal, they took the time to sit and chat with us, sharing the heartwarming story of how their restaurant came to be. It was clear that their passion for food and dedication to their craft shone through in every aspect of our dining experience. I can't recommend this charming pasta place enough for its delicious food and the genuine warmth...
Read moreHave probably ordered this 30 times or more in grab. It is reasonable for the price. Some things I noticed: pasta is too heavily seasoned with pepper. Pesto would be nice if they had an option with no cream and used italian basil instead of thai. Paying extra for the large I tried a couple of times but received just a normal size. Everything very creamy, some more options without cream that are not tomato would be great so I don't turn into a blimp. This is just feedback to improve. I still order it regularly as there is not much food...
