Sushi Saito Thailand is a top-tier sushi restaurant that truly deserves all the hype. From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance. The service was impeccable, with the staff attending to every need with a 5-star level of attentiveness and grace. But the true star of the show was the sushi itself. The freshness of the fish was simply astounding. Each piece was a delicate masterpiece, showcasing the chef's skill and dedication to quality. The cuts were precise, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and the flavors were exquisite. It was an unforgettable symphony of textures and tastes that left me wanting more. If you're a sushi aficionado seeking an unparalleled dining experience, Sushi Saito Thailand is an absolute must-visit. Be prepared to be wowed by the exceptional service, the artistry of the sushi, and the sheer quality of the ingredients. It's a culinary journey that will redefine your appreciation for this Japanese delicacy. Just remember to book well in advance, as securing a reservation can be quite...

For 12k baht (including some sake) per person for dinner, it should be some of the best sushi in Bangkok. It's a traditional style sushi done pleasantly, but not memorable or spectacular, hence the 3 stars.

I'm left handed so I appreciate the chef noticing and adjusting the sushi. However each sushi he was unsure if I was the left handed diner, so it became awkward as he adjusted sometimes.

I noted in the reservation it was an engagement celebration with my fiancee. Why ask the reason for our visit if nothing special was done at all?

I've had a more exciting meal at Tomo Sasada at half the price, so I find it hard to justify the experience at this price point in Bangkok. You...

The sushi at Sushi Saito Bangkok was excellent—fresh, expertly prepared, and truly lived up to its reputation. The service was also good, and the staff were attentive throughout the meal.

However, my experience was affected by a group of loud customers seated nearby, who were dressed inappropriately for the setting. (แต่งตัวโป๊เปิดล่างเปิดบน นั่งไม่ระวัง) I feel the restaurant could benefit from enforcing stricter guidelines to maintain its refined atmosphere.

Despite that, the quality of the sushi alone makes it...
