This is by far the best coffee shop in Tunis! I love how organized the establishment is. They have a big outdoor patio area. The clients who attend the coffee shop are respectful. However, the best part about this coffee shop is how nice the staff are. You will never find better customer service in coffee or any other area in Tunis like the team here. The young lady here that spoke English was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food and drink was fine, but my server was sketchy and became impatient and unpleasant when it came time to pay. I ordered a fruit cocktail and a plate of fish with rice, potato and salad. I have never been served at a restaurant where only half of the items that I ordered was on the bill. When I questioned him, he became hostile. I think the cafè has some sort of business relationship with the nearby Com' Art restaurant, as when I went to pay in the restaurant I got a receipt for the food in the restaurant's name and another for the drinks in Sakrani's coffee's name.
