The coffee is good. The process of getting it is bad. Normally one person takes the order and payment and another prepares the order. Normally a big queue to order. Today they had two staff preparing coffees - so the long wait was for receiving my order. I had to ask for a receipt. When my coffee was ready they had forgotten that I also ordered a sandwich.
