Grand Vatan Hotel — Hotel in Fatih

I was on short holiday with friends and I never let anyone book again . This hotel need full renovation! Dirty rooms, mold in bathroom , horrible breakfast we didn’t eat there good there are very good bakery close ! Ask for blankets they didn’t give ! One of the room didn’t even have and we had in the cars so we use that and second day that brought them and not fully dry ! Not enough parking so we had to pay for the underground next to the hotel ! Never I go back there and I will make sure my friends and family to know about this horrible place . Invest some money there mattress protector ! Clean the bathrooms and make sure to mention you have 7 parking spots not enough for everyone! Good Location. Staff was very good , friendly & helpful specially Mr. Murat. It was well cleaned. Good for family & Solo travellers. Almost everything is nearby, bus station, Tram and metro all in walking distance. What i like & loved most is the Sultan Murat mosque beside the hotel and a beautifull park .

Heating system was not good . Breakfast was very awefull in comparison to the price. I stayed in some other hotels in that area and the breakfast was better then Grand Vatan.I felt people choose this place only for the location. I stayed in this hoted for...

I like Grand vatan Hotel very much. It's the best hotel someone can find for a good stay in İstanbul. I'm and my wife are a regular visitor to İstanbul ( 2 stay times yearly ), past four years, we tried a lot of hotels but I can assure that this hotel is the best of all hotels I h ave tried.
