Lucia Lounge Süleymaniye — Restaurant in Fatih

My husband and I came here just yesterday on a hot day to hide from the heat and recharge with some fresh drinks. That’s literally all we wanted. I ordered a pink sour smoothie and my husband got a lemonade.

Before ordering, I clearly asked the waiter if smoothie was made with fresh fruit and didn’t contain milk or anything artificial. He told me it had watermelon, strawberry, ice, and just a tiny bit of milk yogurt — sounded fine, so I went for it.

What I got was totally different. Yeah, the presentation looked cute: a couple of blueberries and tiny berries on a stick, but drink itself? Super sweet, heavy, and milky. No taste of fresh fruit at all. It felt like something from a package, dissolved in milk, with tons of sugar dumped in. Nothing refreshing about it.

My husband’s lemonade was just as bad. The waiter claimed it was made in house and fresh, but it tasted like cheap store-bought syrupy “lemonade”, again, super sweet and artificial.

And then to top it off, when we were leaving (we were literally there just for these two drinks and stayed less than an hour), they added a 13% service fee to the bill. No warning, no mention of it in the menu, just added it in the end and said it’s their policy. When we questioned it, they told us we had no choice. We weren’t even served food, just two drinks, and honestly, the service wasn’t great either. I was even misled about what I was ordering.

So yeah.. view is nice, but it is nice everywhere here in the area. We also went to Mimar Sinan rooftop just next door, and it was outstanding, with top notch service, amazing food and drinks, and no hidden fees on top...

Came here to watch some football, see there was a different game on, and I asked if they could change it to the Liverpool match, he instantly changed it for me without any questions asked and honestly that’s the best service I could have asked for, as a lounge I went to before this I asked if they’d show the game and they refused, even though no one was watching the one they had on.

Kadir and Ümit provided amazing service, experiences like these from waiting staff are what make me always want to return and spend my money here. I will be back again for sure. We ordered a fruit platter and a few drinks to accommodate during the match and they were fantastic. The service here alone is what will always make me want to...

Absolutely stunning experience! Lucia Lounge Süleymaniye offers one of the most breathtaking views in Istanbul—directly overlooking the iconic Süleymaniye Mosque and the Bosphorus. The ambiance is peaceful and beautifully designed, perfect for both relaxing and taking amazing photos.

The food and drinks were delicious (especially the San Sebastian cheesecake!), and the mocktails were refreshing. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.

If you’re looking for a cozy rooftop with top-tier vibes, incredible views, and friendly service, this is the spot. 100% recommend!
