Sorry in advance for the long review 😅
Good views are all over Istanbul, but what makes a difference is good service and good food. This place has one of the worst custumer service ever.
They hire a guy at the entrance downstairs who lies about everything. So don't believe whatever they say at entrance.
Let me say that I lived 2 years in Istanbul, and I used to have my favorite spot in Suleymaniye (called Mihrişah Cafe), but the old building was demolised hopefully for a complete renovation with entirely new building.
Today I took my family to have a good time in the cold weather. We were not sure which place to pick, and the guy at Nova's entrance said they have good views and good stuff. And I asked him specifically if there were heaters in the terrace, he said yes. But then we noticed there was no elevator so we decided to leave becasue my parents are almost 70 and it is difficult for them to climb 4 floors, but the guy said all places in the area have no elevators. We ended up climbing the stairs to find out that there were no heaters in the terrace. So we left.
After all this the waiter did not apologize. The maneger and a lady who seemed to be his wife were upset and did not apologize as well. They are...
Read moreIts ok. Maybe its better to go to this caffe in summer. In winter or autumn its too cold uo there and i can imagine pretty well that in summer it will also be to warm there.. this things are the negative points. I have pretty much positive things to say.. you can watch the sunset with the one who you love or with family members also with big groups you can sit here. I would recommend to call bwfore you go there they will reserve you a table.. it dependa on which sight of the table you sit. If you sit the way that you can see the golden horn in front of you, then you will have on your right side the other piece od the golden horn :D on your backside you will have eminönü and left to you you will see how the sund goes down behind the selimiye mosque ( not sure which mosque exactly it was. But it must be selimiye) .. also you can here in a really near and good way the adhaan (call for muslims to the prayer) all this things make a really good harmony in the end if the day. Next to this caffee and unfortunately really near are other caffees and there is often the music too loud that could also be a...

This place is absolutely stunning! I found it online for a shoot and decided to visit, and it was definitely worth the trip. The views are breathtaking, making it a perfect spot for pictures. If you’re planning a photoshoot, be sure to ask the staff for a carpet.
The pricing is on the higher side, starting at €30, but I found the €80 option to be the best value. Mr. Lucky was incredibly kind and took amazing pictures, making the experience enjoyable. They also offer a wide range of traditional and Western outfits for the photoshoot.
However, the experience was tainted by the rude attitude of a female staff member, which was disappointing from the start. Additionally, we were overcharged—6480 Turkish lira instead of the agreed 5400 Turkish lira. This felt like a deliberate trick, so I strongly advise being extra cautious when making payments.
Overall, the place is worth visiting for the views and photos, but double-check your bill to avoid being...
