I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kate Special Hotel, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

The manager, Adnan, was incredibly welcoming and responsive to my needs. The rest of the staff were equally impressive, particularly Yusuf, Behrouz, Ayup, and Yaseen, who provided top-notch service throughout my stay.

The food at the hotel was also noteworthy. The meals were delicious, and the quality was impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed the culinary experience during my stay. This is located right in the super touristy area. It was out first night, and late at that. This place was open they kindly welcomed us in. Our host was as Adnan and server was Behrouz. The service was very nice everything was clean. They were very kind and welcoming. We ordered 3 dishes with 2 juices, the food was good quality wise but in terms of flavor mediocre at best (the portion were big) they said they gave us tea on the house but the total was around 122$ which is extremely expensive for Istanbul food. As a comparison we have had food 3 places costing us at 15-31 dollars. So yes this place is definitely tourist. It was decent experience overall…just very expensive. Very bad dining experience overall. Although the food was generally ok (but nothing special compared to other amazing options in Istabnbul), the rest of the dining experience was very bad. The table area feels more like a visit to a dentist surgery than a restaurant - too bright, white neon lights, no privacy at all. Staff was completely confused, we were waiting for ages to be served. They brough the main dish while we were in the middle of the starters and shoved it all in front of us. We basically had to stop eating the starters not to have our main dish getting cold.
