Las Tapas fish and kebap Restaurant — Restaurant in Fatih

During my recent three-day stay in Istanbul, I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Las Tapas twice, both times with my brother and cousin, and the experience was fantastic on both occasions. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant exuded warmth, with a perfect blend of Turkish tradition and modern comfort.

The true highlight of our visits was the outstanding service provided by our waiter, Mahmut, who goes by the nickname "Jack Sparrow." Mahmut’s charismatic and fun personality added a unique touch to our dining experience. He was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and providing fantastic recommendations that made our meals even more enjoyable. His charm, along with his genuine kindness, made us feel like we were dining with an old friend.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. The mezze platters were packed with vibrant, fresh flavors that were the perfect start to the meal. The grilled meats were succulent and cooked to perfection, while the seafood dishes offered light, delicate, and perfectly balanced flavors. Every dish was a celebration of Turkish culinary traditions.

Dining at Las Tapas with my brother and cousin was a highlight of our trip, and Mahmut’s excellent service really made both visits extra special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Las Tapas Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for the evening. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, always ready with great recommendations.

The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and prepared with care. The tapas were perfect for sharing, and it was great to try a variety of flavors in one meal. The ingredients tasted fresh and authentic, and you can tell a lot of effort goes into making everything from scratch.

The drinks and wine selection were also excellent and paired perfectly with the dishes. To top it off, the service was quick and smooth, even though the restaurant was busy.

We came to Istanbul for the first time and we wanted to try something local to eat. Trip advisor chose this restaurant for us so we went there for dinner and we didn't regret a single thing about this decision. We came there, the atmosphere was amazing from the first moment, it really felt like home. The service immediately paired the tables for us (we were a group of 11 people). We ordered some food and drinks and i can tell you everything was DELICIOUS, we loved the food it was such a unique kind of taste. After we ate the dinner, the service brought Turkish tea, Baklava for free (we loved everything) ❤️. After that, the man got each women from our group a chain as a gift (it was beautiful act of kindness and we all loved it). And i can say this restaurant is such a unique place to visit and also, the men in this restaurant weren't like the other ones which were so annoying by being aggresive if you didn't choose their restaurant.
