We had 2 meals and it came up to about 1000tl. For this location, this price is probably normal.

The service was truly excellent, we were given appetisers almost immediately and the waiter was really friendly.

Our appetisers - bread with mezze, and our tea and dessert(baklava) was complimentary with purchase of main course, worth it.

We were served black tea and I asked the waiter do they also serve Apple tea and he kindly brought me a second glass, this time with Apple tea.

Food wise, it’s definitely not the best but I won’t say it’s bad. Chicken was juicy and tasty. Bread always soft and warm. We also got the pistachio meat skewer, which was a mix of lamb and beef. My husband found it too greasy and had the raw lamb smell though it was well cooked. But I think that’s generally how lamb is compared to beef.

Baklava was not good, there was hardly much pistachio in the piece that we got, could be just our luck. I’ve tasted better ones before for sure.

Would we come back? Loved the service but won’t go back for the food, would rather explore other options around the area, most offer some deals/promos and have the same food so nothing special...

We were in Istanbul for five nights and had dinner here twice, that’s how good it was. The food was freshly cooked, very tasty and of very good quality. What made this place special for us was the service and the attitude of the owner, Ehran (Eric) who was extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we asked for was quickly provided. Some other guests had reserved a table to celebrate their wedding anniversary, the table was beautifully prepared for them with fresh roses and rose petals on the table. Had we known before we would have come here on the night of our anniversary instead of the fancy restaurant we pre booked that was half as good and twice as expensive!!. There are very many similar restaurants in this area and this one takes a little finding, trust us, it is worth a little effort. You won’t be disappointed. Well done...
