Barista slow, too busy on his phone to make our frozens. Which were weak flavored and not very cold. Took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks with only us being served. Only one toilet for cafe and lobby (long line). Did not accept Capital One card, only Chase. Poor training and poor communication.
