Update: I took another star out of my review and would have given zero star if I could because of the manager's beyond rude, unprofessional and false respond. Their responds to all low star reviews clearly show how they do not know basics of customer service and do not care about anything but money! No wonder the restaurant was almost empty on a Friday night, despite its beautiful location! Stay away people! You can tell from their responses to low star reviews how awfully this place is being managed! Honestly spending your time and money in this location is disrespecting yourself! So disappointing!

We chose this restaurant based on its beautiful location and view for the last day of our family reunion trip to make amazing memories. I reunited with my family in Istanbul after 4 years, and we picked this restaurant to end our trip with the best memories. While we were waiting for our food (which took much longer that normal) We were chatting and laughing, and my kids and my two nieces (who are between 4 and 7) were playing around our table. We were a group of 10 people and probably loud. I understand that our kids were pretty loud, and didn’t mind a polite warning, however the manager was so rude and his manner was beyond unprofessional, that turned us off immediately. Although we asked our kids to keep their voice down, he came back in literally 15 seconds after his first warning for the second warning.
