This is a very nice restaurant, located in the beautiful garden of an upscale hotel in old town, near historic Hadrian's Gate. The vibe reminded me of Bali : posh, exotic, trendy, natural, and really relaxed.
They offered us some mezze to start with: a homemade "purée" of sundried tomatoes in a tasty basil oil, whipped butter with fresh herbs, and fluffy sourdough bread. Mmmmm ....
We ordered hummus, with dark brown crackers made out of crispy cereals, olives and marinated red peppers. We also had a very fresh green salad, made with ingredients that they grow in their own garden !!!
As main dishes we had pulled veal shoulder on risotto, and beef ribs. The beef ribs were absolutely amazing !!! Cooked to PERFECTION : so moist, they melted in my mouth, releasing an intense beefy flavor, and the collagen made it feel very velvety.... Just WOW !!!!

Read moreI thought it is a fine dining restaurant but i was mistaken, i think it was a new waiter, he forgot about my main course, he bringed starters and main course for my partner and she had to wait for my main course to come aswel in order for us to eat together, anyways after main meal came, i had shrimp tagliatelle, tasted like regular supermarket frozen shrimps not fresh ones like you see in other nearby restaurants, didn't liked it, the starter i think it was very nice hence the 3 stars very good duck spring rolls like with black garlic yogurt, the garden looked very nice 👍, my partner lamb was nothing special the rissoto no taste at all, the profiteroles dessert was ok nothing special, i believe you guys need to change the chef to add some taste to the dishes and to use some spices and salt a bit, and before responding to my comment i have tried lots of fine dining restaurants and Michelin one's i am not talking nonsense, anyway the restaurants looks really nice but thats about it, you can find better food in the nearby...
Read moreOur dining experience at Cava restaurant was truly exceptional. Located within a private and serene garden, the ambiance was elegant and refined, with soft lighting and gentle music creating a peaceful atmosphere.
But what really stole the show was the food - every dish we tried was delicious, creative, and expertly prepared. Our server, Volkan, was absolutely outstanding - knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. He took the time to explain each dish in perfect English, sharing the story behind every ingredient and technique. Throughout the meal, he was always on hand to refill our glasses and anticipate our every need.
We felt pampered and indulged, not just by the exceptional cuisine, but by the warm and welcoming service. Volkan's attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for the food made us feel like we were in good hands. If you're looking for a special dining experience, look no further - this restaurant...
