We visited this bakery shop for a quick and light breakfast and ended up but everything. Since the shop was close to our hotel we decided to go for a bike ride looking for a new place t have to breakfast. This bakery shop is a bit hidden so keep your eyes open because it's totally worth it. The shopkeeper is extremely friendly and if you want to freshen up your French you can have a conversation with her. There's a lot to chose from and the price is remarkably low. Enjoy a coffee and one of their must-have "beigne"donut..it's so scrumptious and delicately made, they also have sandwiches that are to die for. Depending on the time of the day that you visit them there might find that it's either full or almost empty. Everything is freshly made daily, you can see locals passing buy to get their daily bread, fresh and warm. This is a place everyone should visit. Bikes must be left outside. It's not a place where you go to sit down (inside the store) but right outside there are some tables and chair that you can use to enjoy your treat...My husband loved the eclairs from this AMAZING bakery, I wish we had a Caicos...
Read moreWe have been to Providenciales 4 times, and the Caicos Bakery is ALWAYS one of our first stops on the island. In fact, we just got back from our latest trip there, and in 8 days we stopped in at Caicos Bakery 3 times. Titiana is a beautiful soul, and it shows in her baking. The rolls are exquisite, the sandwiches are simple yet devine and the eclairs are one of my favorite desserts in the universe! They're the only eclairs I've ever had with a chocolate center, and they are to die for! Not too sweet or chocolaty, just pure perfection! My husband may like them even more than me (thought I'm not sure that's possible), and he's not a "sweets" kinda guy. Please don't miss this incredible spot on the island because Titiana is absolutely wonderful and her confections are out...
Read moreGreat pastries! Please stop in! The owner couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We planned a day trip to North and Middle Caicos and asked ahead of time if she would make a picnic basket for us. She agreed and had it ready to go first thing the next morning so that we could catch the early ferry. This area of Provo is popular with tourists many of whom (but not ALL tourists, you understand) like to live as though rules and norms of polite society don't apply to them when they are on vacation. Sometimes that means that they let their kids run wild and behave like hooligans. "Kid friendly" doesn't mean that store owners or patrons are expected to put up with your...
