Service and environment was spectacular. We went for lunch service mid-week. Our service by Bahrit was fantastic. He was one of the best servers we had on the island. We ordered calamari, truffle fries, and a dip platter. All the food was average to our group. Nothing really stood out. Water was served in beautiful heavy real glass tumblers. We also ordered martinis, but they were served in plastic margarita glasses. Then ordered a bottle of wine, and the wine was served in plastic wine glass that was all scratched up and looked extremely dirty. ....I was really surprised, as this is the Ritz Carlton. The restaurant across the street served their martinis in stainless steel martini glasses.

Great variety of fruits and pastries. Some warm food (mashed potatoes, sausages, eggs, fish, etc.). You could order fresh custom omelettes and waffles, or coffee drinks.
They had fresh watermelon juice, orange juice, and cantaloupe juice. All 3 were 100% fresh and real fruit juice – something we didn't find anywhere else on the island.

Had a fish sandwich and their special alcoholic drink. Nothing amazing about the sandwich, the mango in the fruit on the side wasn’t edible. The super high rating brought me here - there are better options for food and value within very short walking distance.
