WHAT WE ORDERED: Ritz-Carlton & 5 piece nigiri with an espresso martini The food was not worth the price. The nigiri was luke warm & average in quality. We were asked if we wanted our Ritz-Carlton cooked or raw, we chose raw, but it came our dressed in sauces and I highly doubt it was raw. We stopped here for a drink. The bar is a sushi restaurant that is entirely outdoors (??). Do they think people want to eat fish outdoors in the hot Caribbean temps? We could only do one drink given how unbearably hot it was. The bar staff was great but slow, hustling and sweating like crazy in the heat and clearly short staffed as well—maybe this is all just a very bad idea? No fans, no AC, even our frozen drinks melted very quickly…can’t...

We were looking to watch the final of Roland Garros and were super happy that Noori had a bar in the lobby of the Ritz which was playing it. Honestly, the best spot for watching the game. Fresh breeze, good service, gorgeous surroundings and, the Spicy Tuna roll was fantastic. We eat sushi pretty much everywhere we go and this roll was top for both of us. We also shared the burger which was very good. Overall, a nice place to sit and chill...
