If you are looking for something different from the usual menu of Provo, Terra-Mar offers you an alternative way to experience the flavors from the depths of the sea to the nurturing flavors of the land.
As we arrived at the venue for the tasting experience, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne. Met by Naomi who briefly discussed the concept of the place, our senses got stimulated and curiosity tickled our minds. From its name, Terra-mar features a unique blend of seafood, crops and meat that you never imagined of.
Not part of the 7-course special, we started with a bread and butter which were really good. Each of the dish presented was briefly explained by Chef Clayton so that diners get a glimpse of its origins and how it was intricately prepared. From the first dish to the dessert, one can tell that they were prepared with so much care and attention. The presentation brings out the artistic side of gastronomy and each bite bursts a myriad of flavor that complements when it melts in your palette.
The wines paired with each dish perfectly match the flavors; thus, the selection was indeed well-thought of. Both the manager, Yendi and Chef Clayton were passionate in what they do making the whole experience something to share with good friends to try whenever in Provo.
