If you are looking for something different from the usual menu of Provo, Terra-Mar offers you an alternative way to experience the flavors from the depths of the sea to the nurturing flavors of the land.

As we arrived at the venue for the tasting experience, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne. Met by Naomi who briefly discussed the concept of the place, our senses got stimulated and curiosity tickled our minds. From its name, Terra-mar features a unique blend of seafood, crops and meat that you never imagined of.

Not part of the 7-course special, we started with a bread and butter which were really good. Each of the dish presented was briefly explained by Chef Clayton so that diners get a glimpse of its origins and how it was intricately prepared. From the first dish to the dessert, one can tell that they were prepared with so much care and attention. The presentation brings out the artistic side of gastronomy and each bite bursts a myriad of flavor that complements when it melts in your palette.

The wines paired with each dish perfectly match the flavors; thus, the selection was indeed well-thought of. Both the manager, Yendi and Chef Clayton were passionate in what they do making the whole experience something to share with good friends to try whenever in Provo.

We were so fortunate to get the opportunity to dine at this stellar restaurant. This was not just a meal, but rather a culinary experience like no other. The atmosphere and energy of the restaurant set the tone from the moment you walked into the door.

No detail was left out in the decor, bringing the room to life as a feeling, rather than just a space. You felt like you arrived "home" to a sit down dinner taken to the next level. The chef prepared the food in front of you as you sipped on your wine, and prepared for the experience to unfold. An experience it was! Seven courses, each paired carefully with a wine and elegantly plated in a way that made you will like a QUEEN OR KING of your own world. WOW. Just wow.

Our first dinner in Grace Bay started with experiencing a seven-course meal at Terra Mar in Grace Bay and it was nothing short of extraordinary. This chef-driven restaurant truly stands out with its meticulously curated menu and exceptional attention to detail.

What stood out the most was the cured salmon that was delicately flavored and paired beautifully with the freshest ingredients. The perfect egg course along with the Wagyu was a revelation – its texture and taste were impeccable, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity.

Each course was a delightful culinary journey, with every dish surpassing the last in both presentation and flavor. The wine menu was equally impressive. From start to finish, the service was superb. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive.

Definitely a classy and worthy spot to visit when you’re in Turks and Caicos! What an unforgettable dining experience...
