You want to hear the truth? Please find to read my post. This is very important and alarming to all.
It's my second time going to this restaurant. And I observed these things and I wo never ever go there again. The first time I was there, it was very noisy, and the music was really so loud. Both inside and outside rooms. The sound was so unpleasant to my ear. Some are singing so badly. Is the hotel management aware of this?
And lastly, for the second time experienced, honestly, I can rate it VERY, VERY POOR. I'm not satisfied with everything. Staff attitude, especially the lady always sitting there. I think her name is Hanna. I heard her shouting bad words to her staff very badly when I was there. We were only three left at that time. The other customers left when they are done singing. Some of the restaurant staff are not accommodating either. When I asked for something, they were not following what I wanted to order. They are suggesting something I don't like. But it's there on their menu.
The truth here is, they are not following the Food and Safety Standards in the UAE. And I 200% agree with the other post. I also have 2 small cockroaches inside my tea, and long hair on my food. It was not on my mind to take a picture at that time. I just told the waiter and the waitress before I left and showed them, but they were only laughing. So sad for me. It's disgusting and unethical.
I found too many cockroaches on the floor. And felt itchiness on my butt when I stood up. And yes! They have bed bugs there. I had many bites when I arrived home and threw away my clothes as I found one.
Frankly, I will not ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. Please don't go to that place. You will be more hungry and stand up angry when you go there.
❌ Ambiance (too many cockroaches and bed bugs) ❌ Bad staff and management ❌ Bad food ❌ No Food and Safety Standards
Maybe the ones who rate 5 stars are close to them. It's a NO for me. This is a very straightforward remark. Try to...
Read moreI used to live in the Philippines, and I went to this Filipino restaurant with a colleague who also lived in the Philippines. The interior decorations, such as the balloons, were very Filipino. All the staff were talking to each other in Filipino, which I guess was Tagalog, and there was even a karaoke machine in the restaurant! It couldn't be more Filipino! We were used to Filipino food so we had no problem ordering. Even the way they took our order reminded us of our time in the Philippines. One thing that was different from the local restaurants in the Philippines was that the food I ordered came out faster than expected. Sometimes it takes forever for your dorders to be served in the Philippines. Anyway, all the food we ordered was delicious and I was quite satisfied. Of all our orders, only the leche flan fell short of my expectations. It was a bit firm. Up until this point, we thought our restaurant selection had been successful. When we asked for the bill, the most Filipino thing of all happened. They said they only take cash and they don't have a credit card machine. Well, Well, some restaurants are still cash only, I know. But the bill they gave us was handwritten on torn notepad paper!!! How can it be any more Filipino! If you really want to feel like you're in a local Filipino restaurant, this is a must-visit place. Again, the food...

The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and attentive the entire time. The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and served beautifully. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals and the portions were generous too! What made it even more special was how accommodating the team was for our celebration. They made sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and we truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended for family gatherings, celebrations, or even just a nice meal out. We will definitely be coming...
