I would like to file a complaint regarding the employee named Arbind, who works at Milestones in Abu Dhabi Mall. We have visited the restaurant twice, and on both occasions, we found empty tables, but were told they were reserved for people who were still walking around the mall. We believe that priority should be given to those who are actually present at the venue, which caused us great dissatisfaction.

Milestones cafe is one of my favorite places when I want to have my daily coffee! Almost all of its branches have comfortable seating, modern design, and friendly staff.
