I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at Vapiano restaurant in Abu Dhabi mall. Half of my order was forgotten for 30 minutes until I went to check on it myself, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong order. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the supervisor lady did not even apologize for the inconvenience and simply cancelled that part of my order. I must say that Vincent was the only staff member who took ownership of the situation and apologized to us, even though he was not directly involved. I appreciate his efforts to rectify the situation. He showed himself as highly professional. I would also like to bring to your attention that during my visit, I noticed two men working in the open kitchen without hairnets. This is a serious hygiene concern that should be addressed immediately. Both of them are not a part of kitchen staff! I hope that management will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and ensure that such incidents do not occur...

Unpleasant dining experience. Pasta was over cooked and soggy, shrimp was overcooked, the plating was lousy and very unappetizing. I suggest you ask your guests preferred doneness of the pasta. try to make the plating polished and professional. I didnt even finish my meal because the flavours of the pomodoro was not even there. it was just overwhelmed with the taste of pepper and lazy sauteing of the cherry tomatoes. I was waiting for someone to come over and checked up on my dining experience but no one came, hence I'm writing this comment.
