We have been for Master KG concert tonight. Worst experience ever from service side very rude behavior not professional not even close to be. The music, DJ and ambiance are good. We are not Drinking so we basically always taking redbulls. The rude waiter came to us with a very rude way saying Hi you can’t be here only for a redbul. We got treated in a very low and irrespectful level. This will be the last time for us to go their or even to recommend it to anyone. We went to the manager who assumed that he will be taking care of it. He was helpful. And while we kept insisting to pay for the bill and to leave he insisted that it’s will be a complimentary from his side. After we left we came to know from our friend that he assumed that the way we got treated was like we are hookeers trying to escape the payment which was not even 160 or 200. All the ways our night got ruined because of the bad behavior and attitude of that waiter that needs to be removed immediately from the operation… very bad experience and definitely never gonna be back. The place is good the ambiance as well however the staff needs basic training on sops ana sequence of service how to deal with the guest as this is effecting the business of the club. Very disappointed with White Club in Abu Dhabi. Today my friends and I had an extremely unpleasant experience. We ordered specific drinks, but they brought us something completely different and, what is even more outrageous, charged us double the price for it! When we immediately said that we did not order those drinks, the waiter was incredibly rude, spoke to us arrogantly, and made no attempt to fix the issue.

The service is absolutely not what you would expect from a place that positions itself as high-end. Instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake, the staff acted as if we were at fault for placing an order at all. The atmosphere, which was supposed to be enjoyable, turned into a stressful experience — our evening was completely ruined.

I have been to many venues in Abu Dhabi, and I have never encountered such treatment towards customers. It is unacceptable to charge for something we did not order and then show such disrespect.

I do not recommend this club to anyone who values honesty, respectful service, and a pleasant experience. There are plenty of other places in the city where you can enjoy your time without this kind of negativity. White Club in Abu Dhabi is definitely not worth the money or...

The manager also orchestrates everything seamlessly, creating a smooth, first-class experience from start to finish.

The clientele reflects the club’s high standards, which gives the place an elegant yet vibrant energy.
