Zaatar w Zeit - Galleria Mall — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

We were very dissapointed tonlearn that this Zaatar w Zeit is not up to standards of Same Zaatar w Zeit we know and always eat in Abu Dhabi (like AD mall for example). Food quality is not the same, way lower quality. Lentil soup was semi cold and not tasty at all as its in AD mall , manaish with kashkawal was different, not enough cheese, too crispy, daw felt not the same. Manaish with akawi not good either. Only vegetables on top were ok. I get that its food court, but we were sure that food standards wld be kept, and it was not the case. Very dissapointing. Service is not exactly there since its food court, but had to clean my own chairs, table.. and soup was served semi cold also.. So, quite an unpleasantly spent money Id say. It affects overall reputation for me, but hoping AD Mall still keep its standards and its not a case all...

Ordered a halloumi pan. They weren't busy but it took a very long time for the food to arrive. I was shocked when it finally turned up. Everything except for the bread was in little plastic boxes; the bread was limp, spongey, and rubbery; the halloumi was a few cold, dried out sticks rattling around at the bottom of the box; the tiny portion of cucumber, tomato and mint was also in a little plastic box. The only cutlery provided was a useless plastic spoon. It looked nothing like the picture in the menu, and it looked nothing like the halloumi pan option in other Zaatar w Zeit restaurants. I had lunch at this restaurant today during my work break, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was extremely slow, which is surprising for a place located in a food court, where you’d normally expect speed and efficiency. I was short on time, and the wait was a real issue. I also ordered a Caesar salad, but what I received was basically just lettuce leaves and a few croutons. No chicken, no visible dressing… I’m not sure this qualifies as a proper Caesar salad.
