The following text highlights my experience with Hermes and Gucci products. Over the past 15 years, I have used products from both Hermes and Gucci, and I have noticed a significant difference in the quality of their leather accessories, shoes, and bags, as well as their post-sale customer service.

Firstly, I must commend Hermes for their excellent sales staff. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through their products and making a purchase. However, I was disappointed with the quality of their products. While the neck ties and scarves were of excellent quality and lasted for a long time, the leather accessories, shoes, and bags were of poor quality. After only a few uses, they began to fall apart, and I was left with the impression that Hermes had neglected their workmanship.

Furthermore, Hermes's post-sale customer service was not up to par. I found that they were not willing to take ownership of poor quality and workmanship, which was disappointing given that I owned over 25 of their products. In contrast, Gucci's products were of higher quality than Hermes's, and their post-sale customer service was fantastic. I was impressed with how they took care of their customers and their products, which is why I consider Gucci to be the better brand overall.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent shopping experience at the Hermes store located in Galleria Mall. As a loyal customer for the past four years, I have always valued the products and service provided by Hermes. However, during my recent visit, I encountered a situation that has left me extremely dissatisfied.

Despite my consistent patronage at the store, I was disappointed by the way the employees attempted to upsell unnecessary products in order to purchase a particular item, in this case, a bag. This aggressive sales tactic not only felt unnecessary but also made me feel uncomfortable and pressured during my visit.

Furthermore, the attitude of the employees towards me was rather rude. I was taken aback by the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the staff, making me feel as though my patronage was not appreciated and almost as if I was taking advantage of their services without making a purchase.

As someone who values the Hermes brand and has always enjoyed shopping at your store, I would like to bring this matter to your attention in the hopes of improving the customer experience for myself and other loyal customers.
