Comfortable seating, great ambience and it suits the theme of the restaurant. The waiters are very respectful and treated me kindly when they asked for the order and when they served the dishes. The food was phenomenal, especially the falafel and the farooj. The Kibbeh was also tasteful, but I liked the filling more as I didnt like the kind of dough they used for it. The Lamb chops are my biggest complaint because the entire piece is as big as my middle finger if not a bit longer and its size is just so ridiculously tiny. Mind you, these were lamb chops from the Mixed Grill, not the actual Lamb Chops dish which I hope has a bigger serving. Finally, the cotton candy and ice cream i had was regrettable and I wonder how my drastically my life would change if we ordered a banana split instead. They also gave us complementary rice pudding which was nice but too thick for my taste. I gave it a 4 instead of a 3 because overall everything was delicious and some people will probably like...

Disappointing Experience!

I wouldn't usually rate the restaurants I visit very low scores unless the experience was really bad.. We were a group of 4 friends who wanted to enjoy Arabic food for the weekend.. these were common concerns for the four of us resulting to this low score:

Food quality is just average but the prices are on the higher side (mix grill plate for one person costs AED90).. too overpriced.

The restaurant hall was too cold.. it was actually freezing.. we could not enjoy and the food was getting cold very quickly.. we kept on requesting it they could increase the temperature so we could enjoy the food at least to which they said that they can't and refused to do it.

They played the same song (music recording) for 3 hours straight which was too annoying and not suitable for the ambience.

The worst part was the washrooms, which were ..... (I'd rather not comment here).

So.. the whole experience...
