Last weekend we visited Atelier M for their amazing Feathers and Pearl's brunch.
One of the most classy and elegant restaurant one could wish to dine at with the most mesmerising views of Marina. The staff are highly professional and treat each of their guests equally with great hospitality.
Speaking of the food, their menu is exquisite for the brunch with the finest option and every dish made to fall in love with.
Great option of the appetizers to begin with from which are favourites is definitely got to be the finger licking good burrata which is creamy, cheesy and made to perfection. Not everyone can master the art of making that perfect burrata. Equally creamy and luscious to our astonishment was the Spanish tart. Tart made of spinach, the dish that we weren't quite sure about but gobbled on every bit of it. The tarts were mouth-watering and literally melted in our mouth with flavours and creaminess.
For the main course, the Chicken Kiev and Angus Beef Rib are to die for, literally you would want to keep ordering for more and more. The beef was tender, succulent and well marinated and served with the amazing flavoursome sauce on the side. The chicken Kiev was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and oozing with cheese goodness. Can anything be even better ? The main course comes alongside one the best sides we have indulged in. Specially their creamy mashed potatoes are actually extremely creamy, no granules at all. Perfect smooth and buttery. Unfortunately since we had arrived late, we couldn't order second rounds of these appetizing main course. Wish we could just go back again now.
For desserts they have a great display of selection, including: chocolate mousse, chocolate cakes, churros, red velvet and cookies. It was amazing how great every dessert was, as usually in a buffet not all desserts would please you but at Atelier M every dessert...

Menu is currently let’s say 20% of items from their normal menu. Understandable! But they should tell you. THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING ENTERTAINER! Understandable! But they should tell you. Thank goodness my husband asked.
Our first anniversary, I checked with Atelier ahead of time when they may be opening and they said June 1. Okay great! And understandable. So we pushed back our anniversary dinner a week, our first time out in months and probably our last time out in months. No mention at that point of a VERY limited menu and no use of entertainer.
A week later I called to make the reservation, told them it’s our first anniversary. No mention at that point of a VERY limited menu and no use of entertainer.
The day of. I call to check if shorts are allowed. No mention at that point of a VERY limited menu and no use of entertainer.
We arrive. Super disappointed to see the menu but we decided to stay. We were discussing how they really should have told us beforehand about the menu and instead we could have made a reservation next week or something when they have stock again. And then my husband says hm wait if they wouldn’t tell us about the menu then what if they’re not taking entertainer (considering what we are ordering isn’t at all what we actually wanted). I thought - no surely not. Double checked the app and they’re on the entertainer. But my husband asked the waitress, who didn’t know and asked the manager, who said no entertainer anymore.
So so disappointed. Everything is understandable, we are perfectly reasonable people. But hiding these details is really unacceptable. Obviously we...
Read moreVisited with a friend for the ladies night package, basically you get four drinks a three course meal. I was really looking forward to it since this was a place I chose to celebrate a reunion with a friend that was visiting for a week. We started the night with the Wagyu beef Ravioli which was rich, a touch creamy and just the right amount of acidity from the tomatoes as garnish with a suprising crunch of the garnished radish . YUM! In essence it was the best way to start. For the main we had the Soy honey glazed Salmon over some asparagus and celeriac cream ,the dish was scrumptious well flavoured with just the right texture,it was a meal simply cooked to perfection. We finished off the night with their chocolate lava which is one dessert we both love and were looking forward to,however, it was quiet disappointing it neither looked nor tasted like the traditional, which is ok since its a different version but we both did not like it. There was just too much butter, no richness or the oozing chocolate center that we all love and expect in the dish , the ice cream was the only thing that resurrected the dish. It was just beautiful on the palate, a vanilla with chocolate chips simple and elegant eh,wow?! My amateur opinion says lets redo the chocolate lava and make it actually look and taste like a chocolate lava? The server is well trained for sure its just a shame that we had to motivate her to smile. The yellow belly cocktail is one of my new...
