Shake Shack — Restaurant in Dubai

Came here for NYE 2022. As you could imagine, the place was utterly packed to the brim. The staff, however were on their toes ensuring the service was impeccable throughout.

They were constantly running around making sure tables were clean and customers were seated. They tried their best to politely ensure that customers didn't stay too long once they were done with their meals due to the rush. So hats off to the team that night. They deserve a raise.

With respect to the food itself, I chose a hot chicken sandwich and the SO went for a regular cheese burger. I was kind of disappointed by the chicken burger. Serving size felt small and it was anything but hot (spicy). I had karak teas which were spicier. Should have tried the extra hot maybe. The ingredients were good and fresh. Just lacking in flavour.

The SO's beef burger on the other hand was delicious and score top marks. Super soft and almost melt in your mouth feel. Very good quality beef patty. 👌

The crinkle fries were crisp and fresh. Goes great with the honey mustard sauce (we emptied two containers of sauce).

Overall a good experience! Happy new year...

I’m yours regular customer from 2021. Those guy that most of stuff know as a guy who works here all the day and drinks 6-8 Large lates daily ))) And u have a one of the best coffee in Dubai. So I always recommend it to all my friends. Love this place for its staff- they working in really high level. Sadly most of them changed for last 4 years, but some still working for a long time. And it’s really feels like a returning to home when I’m leaving a country even for 1 year, and when I’m come they every time smile and meet me with “ Ooo, sir! How long we don’t seen u. How are u? How is your family? U will order as usual?” And in this point I’m feeling happy and smiling. My best regards to Maria and Zar Chi - their vibes and hospitality makes this place smiling and feeling home.
