Tahitian Village by Trader Vic's — Restaurant in Dubai

Easily the best bar in the Hilton Palm and indeed Dubai. Bartenders Anood Moo Shanky and manager Mohamed were very pleasant and made some of the best cocktails I've ever had.

The Tiki Puka Puka is very strong but highly recommended to anyone who visits this bar. It is no surprise that this bar is highly rated by others because Mohammad in charge, he is one of the funniest and most charismatic bartenders I have ever met and I hope he remains in charge of this bar and others for years to come!

My visit to Dubai would surely not be the same if I had not this man who was helpful and accommodating to any request I had. I cannot wait to come back to this bar and reunite with it's staff. To anyone reading this review, please come to this bar you will not regret it!

Had lunch with the family there. No massive expectations going in. Service was nice and caring, not fast though (probably due to low staffing). However the food was really not at the expected bar: small salad with cold grilled prawns not feeding a full grown adult (or girl teenager for that matter), tuna poke bowl with rice only far related to sushi’s and also served in a limited size portion. Came in for a sundowner during happy hour.

Ordered the guava Mai tai and the no Mai tai. Flavors were average and wouldn't order again. They looked nice though. The chocolate and fudge sundae was nice, but slightly milky and not thick. The truffle chips didn't have much of a truffle flavor, and the repeat was unfortunately similar.
