My visit to Al Baik in Emirates Mall was utterly disappointing. Despite my excitement to try their renowned dishes, the experience left much to be desired. The wait time for my order was incredibly long, stretching to a frustrating 45 minutes. What made matters worse was witnessing other customers, who arrived after me, being served before me. This blatant disregard for fairness and efficiency tarnished my perception of the restaurant.

The lack of attention to timely service reflects poorly on Al Baik's management and staff. Waiting nearly an hour for a meal in a fast-food restaurant is unacceptable by any standard, let alone being passed over for customers who arrived later. It's evident that their priority lies elsewhere, neglecting the basic principle of serving customers in the order they arrive.

The overall experience left me feeling disheartened and dissatisfied. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customer experience, especially in a place known for its culinary reputation. Truly the king of all fried chicken joints in town. Undoubtedly , the best fried chicken in Dubai. You have to wait for 15-30 mints in peak times to get token or your order and on top of it another 10 mints for packing of your order. But their products are worth waiting for.

I bet you cannot find this much juicier broasted chicken and this much fresh and delicious burger in whole country in this price point. They got quality, taste and economy all in one. Award winning food chain of Saudi Arabia in dubai. They got two branches 1 is in dubai mall other mall of the Emirates . They had in expor also but expo 2020 branch don't had broasted chicken on the menu, now its closed I ordered broasted chicken, chicken shwarma, spicy burgers, falafel and an item on sea food to check everything. Each n everything was on point.

Their broasted chicken is wholesome, quantities are generous and taste is amazing above all price is most economical in town as compared to all the joints. Their burgers are juicy, cheesy and very pocket friendly. Staff is very quick, efficient and busy all the time.

I believe they are opening more branches in UAE which will share the load. New one is opening in Ajman
