Zheng Dong Dandan Noodle — Restaurant in Dubai

UNACCEPTABLE AND OFFENSIVE EXPERIENCE- Zheng Dong Dan dan Noodle ,Dubai mall.

I have never felt so insulted in a restaurant. My experience was completely ruined by the behavior of a Server/Cashier called RIZZA . While the food was okay and the environment was fine, nothing can excuse the shocking way in which she treated us. She treated us with visible disrespect, was blatantly rude, stared at us down with hostility, spoke in her own language while looking at us, as if mocking or insulting us and was clearly sizing us up in a very disrespectful way. When we asked for help with the menu ,she did not even try to assist instead she told us to look at the photos .Her attitude felt not just un professional but discriminatory and aggressive. She was shouting instead of speaking , she was impatient and behaved as if I was a burden .Not forgetting how she was aggressively speaking to her own colleagues Something I never expected to encounter in a place like Dubai mall. I strongly urge the management to review the CCTV footage on the (6th of May from around 5.30PM to 6.30 PM) and see how she treated us. I had worn a white linen shirt with a grey cap. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the shockingly rude behavior of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with disdain and indifference. The host barely acknowledged my presence, and when I finally got my takeaway ready for delivery , the server’s attitude was downright hostile.

I left feeling incredibly unwelcome and deeply disappointed. Customer service like this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately, especially in a Global environment like Dubai where racism has zero tolerance!

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. There are plenty of other places where patrons are treated with the courtesy and respect...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unreal Braised Beef Noodles!

Tried the braised beef noodles from Zheng Dong Dandan Noodles at the Chinatown Food Market in Dubai Mall — and they were absolutely unreal. The broth was rich, flavourful, and deeply comforting, with a depth you usually only find in traditional home-style cooking. The beef was incredibly tender, practically falling apart with every bite, and the noodles were perfectly chewy and fresh.

Everything was well-balanced — not too salty, just the right amount of spice, and generous portions too. It honestly felt like a warm, hearty hug in a bowl.
