Even one star is generous. I can’t recommend any food as we didn’t get any! We ordered at just after 6.30pm, we got our glasses for our bottomless drinks within minutes. 35 minutes later there was no sign of the food so we asked the waiting staff where it was only to be told it should be soon and she went over to the kitchen area. 10 minutes later still no food and the manager came and told us that our order hadn’t gone through, when I queried how they knew about our drinks order we were told that the orders got split when going through their system. Why it took 10 minutes from checking on our order to informing us they had messed up god only knows. We were offered a full refund and the food made to go, as 2 of the party were heading to the theatre we couldn’t wait for the food to be cooked. A refund was processed which was back in my sister’s bank account by lunchtime the next day, there was no option to pay cash so we had to pay by card. Therefore, the 2 who were going to the theatre ended up having to go there having had nothing to eat. Will certainly not be hurrying back...

An automated society why this is a problem we ordered our meal over a app which we had to pay for immediately over the app where they also suggest you can tip for what at this point I’m not sure as I have just been shown to table where I have had to order my food my self and pay then given a glass where I have to fill up my own juice myself. The food it’s self is fine and what I expect to have and enjoyed but at the end of our meal we are sitting for 10-20 minutes waiting for bowls for the kids dessert which we then find out the ice cream machine is broken this would not be the case if we were able to order through a member of staff in the first place or if you wish this to all be digital then have an option to update your online menu with an alternative . The staff them selfs were nice and friendly and I would rather speak through them and order than stare at my phone for half an hour while it very slowly loads for my order that at this point I could have nipped next door and had a cheeky Nando’s and still...

As a visitor from Norwich, I found the staff,food,service and atmosphere brilliant.we arrived with our young baby and we were found a seat by the service team immediately with no issues of us taking a pram in. We were greeted and politely seated by a young lad who gave us our menu and gave us time to work out our drinks and food..we had our drinks and while waited struck up conversations with friendly locals who were really nice and informative about the area we was visiting. Then came the food. Absolutely brilliant with no issues what so ever.both me and my partner had mouth watering,wonderfuly cooked food. I forgot how good a pizza experience could be. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely visit a second time round if I visit Aberdeen again. A must for anyone who visits...
