We went to Marmaris Turkish Kitchen as a family for an Eid al-Adha.breakfast. Finding an authentic Turkish breakfast in Birmingham and the surrounding area is nearly impossible, so I was absolutely delighted to finally enjoy the flavours I’ve been missing for so long. Everything from the presentation to the service was flawless. The decor of the place truly transports you it creates a warm, peaceful atmosphere that feels thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly polite, the service was quick, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. If you’re missing a proper Turkish breakfast, or if you’ve never tried one before, this is a unique spot you simply must visit. Highly recommended ⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I never post reviews but I was so happy when I heard these guys were coming to the Jewellery Quarter. I never forgot how delicious the food was when I went to the Kings Heath one before moving. Been there twice in two days this week already! I love charcoal grills. These guys know what they are doing and it’s great food at really good value. Amazing service. Wonderful staff. Air con was a welcome treat during this hot weather we’re having. Chilled atmosphere and nice space between tables. Had already finished my food before deciding to take photos. Can’t wait to go back already.

Was walking down jewellery quarter with my family and spotted this new cafe! Decided to have Turkish breakfast with my family, absolutely beautiful! They bought out a full platter along with Turkish breads and a plate of Turkish goats cheeses! The atmosphere of this cafe made me feel as if I was on holiday and the owners were so lovely and welcoming, they stopped by our table to speak with us. Such a pleasant experience, I will definitely be back again to visit.

We visited Marmaris Turkish Kitchen on June 22nd for a community gathering organised by a group of women in Birmingham, which made the occasion even more meaningful. After considering several places, we chose Marmaris Turkish Kitchen — and we’re so glad we did.

We had made a reservation in advance, and our table was ready when we arrived. We were seated immediately with no waiting. The interior was spacious, tables were nicely spaced out, and the air conditioning was perfectly set — not too cold, not too warm. The overall atmosphere was relaxed, clean, and family-friendly, but also suitable for group gatherings. Even the restrooms were spotless, which I always pay attention to.

The breakfast was well thought-out and generous. The cheeses and olives were fresh, and the tomatoes and cucumbers were cut with care. The menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs with vegetables) was served hot, with just the right balance of peppers, tomatoes, and eggs — not watery, not dry, just perfect. Bread was fresh and plentiful — we had a mix of white bread, lavash, and even simit (Turkish sesame bread). The honey, clotted cream, and jams were presented beautifully. I especially appreciated the quality of the honey — it tasted pure, not like cheap supermarket versions.

My sons has intolerance to dairy products, which we informed them about. They were extremely careful and accommodating — their food was prepared separately with attention, and that alone gave me great peace of mind. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about the professionalism of a place.

And the tea… truly Turkish tea, just the way it should be. No mixed infusions, no tea bags — just properly brewed tea. We ordered tea three times and each time it was served piping hot. They really captured the essence of a proper Turkish breakfast.

I also want to mention how fair the pricing was. The breakfast is served as a set menu and includes more than enough to satisfy anyone. There was no pressure to order anything extra. We only ordered a couple of additional items because we felt like it — and when the bill came, there were no surprises. We paid exactly for what we had. That kind of honesty and transparency is a big deal for me.

They also served hummus, which is quite unusual at breakfast time — but we loved it. It was balanced garlicky, clearly homemade, and very fresh. While some might not expect it in the morning, I personally enjoy these little creative touches — it felt like a perfect blend of traditional and modern.

All in all, we left very satisfied — the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service made a real difference. The community gathering was even more enjoyable thanks to the calm and pleasant environment. From now on, when we think of going out for breakfast as a family, this will be our first choice.

Thank you to the team at Marmaris Turkish Kitchen. Whether you’re craving an authentic Turkish breakfast or just want a peaceful morning with great food and warm service, I wholeheartedly recommend this...

We tried Turkish Breakfast with my family lately. We loved all existing products on the breakfast menu. Owner/Chef is keen to hear any feedbacks. They are consistently trying to improve their menu and service quality at the moment. He listened to us about all positive and negative feedbacks about menu and service quality and I saw him updating the content of the menu. I am sure that their breakfast menu will be better with more products soon. Atmosphere is great and refreshing. I felt like I am in Turkey with all desings, lamps, even olive tree with devils eyes. They are also serving breakfast with authentic Turkish copper dining set which we loved. They have open kitchen, so you can easily see how clean they are while preparing your food. Staff was also great, we loved everyone working over there.

HIGHLY...
