Greggs — Restaurant in Bristol

Hi I work in Bristol and commute by train and whilst purchasing my morning Starbucks (I know sorry) we saw a young lad aged 10/11 go up to the counter in Starbucks and ask the server something with a sandwich in hand and the server shook his head and took the sandwich from him. I Then tried to catch up with the lad to offer to buy him something as he was obviously hungry and saw he had walked next door into Greggs by temple mead station and the server handing him a bacon bap. Awful experience and getting worse. I usually get to this Greggs at 1400hrs only to find the food cabinets bare, with maybe a solitary wrap on the shelf. The hot food counter is untidy and presentation of bakes and sausage rolls don't look appealing. Worse of all (if that's possible) is the attitude of the staff. Disrespectful and rude at the best of times. They quite clearly don't want to be there. Is a shame really, as Greggs is at a prime location on Temple Quay. I’m not usually one to write bad reviews, but no customer service, no hello, cold vegan sausage roll, no thank you, slammed my food down (my poor sausage roll) when I said have a good day she ignored me. Understandable if they were in the middle of a rush, but it was just me and 2 teen boys who had a sausage roll each. As a retail and cafe manager myself, I would be so disappointed if I caught my staff interacting with paying customers like this. Literally the worst Greggs I’ve been to and I LOVE Greggs 😂 Avoid.
