TL;DR: totally ignored by staff. Priority to get orders from Uber Eats and ignore people who are waiting in the queue. 40-50 minutes (+ waiting in the queue) to get "fast food".

Awful experience... I visited Wok to Walk on Saturday evening near 7 pm. There were only 4 people at the front of me in the queue and I thought I will eat something hot in the next 15-20 minutes.

Those 4 people needed to wait 20 minutes to order something because staff was that "busy". There were 6 people (including owner/manager): 2 people were cooking, 3 people were standing near one of the machine and talking about something and manager was talking with some lady (probably friend). No one was was carrying about people in the queue.

Sometimes (once per 5 minutes) one person from the kitchen had some time to pick up the new order from people in the queue, so I just waited for my turn.

After 20 minutes waiting in the queue, I tried to catch up with someone from the kitchen, but everyone was ignoring me which was just frustrating. 3 people were still talking next to the machine ignoring me and manager was still chatting with lady. Two other guys were super busy with kitchen and I felt that I'm just wasting my time...

... but at the end, someone had a minute to chat with me. I've ordered one box and when I needed to pay for it staff said that I should wait 40-50 minutes because they have now a lot of orders on the Uber Eats. Of course no "sorry for waiting" or "sorry that it will take that long" - just a simple "what's the order?" even without "good evening".

I was so annoyed by this, so I went to the other Asian restaurant on the other side of the road to order something. I've got my hot dish after 15 minutes and when I was going back to my flat, I could still see those 4 people who have been at the front of me which were waiting for their orders. I don't think it is worth it to wait 40-50 minutes for a...

I have to admit. One of the best, if not the best Asian noodles and fried rice restaurant in Bristol! ❤️❤️

Excellent customer service, fresh food and a lot of wok skills. It's not easy to cook around 600+ noodles and fried rice a day but the chefs cooking on the wok manage to do it with efficiency. With 4 types of noodles ,2 types of rice and a Vegetable mix as a base you can't go wrong. there are more than 15+ ingredients to choose from to put into your noodles, even vegan friendly options are available. Moreover, there are 8 different sauces to choose from which makes it all the more interesting. If you would like any drink, don't hesitate to ask at the till, also you can find the best fresh orange juice here 😉.

I often go for the thai noodles which is a wok to walk original recipe which consists of Egg noodles, chicken, mushrooms, coriander and Bangkok sauce. One can never go wrong with such a combination. Another suggestion is to combine Beijing and Hong Kong sauce half and half to make the best sauce also a secret recipe to try 🤩. The restaurant has two wonderful managers and the prep Chef and wok chefs are amazing as well. i am a regular customer and also i work here part time as a wok chef(that's supposed to be a secret 🤫 for the purpose of this review..Oops! i just...

We entered with an open mind, the guy at the counter was dismissive at best and pushy to rude at worst. They tried to give us two half orders when we paid for 3 full orders, when we clarified the issue they tried to excuse themselves any responsibility until we insisted we'd paid for 3 and if we weren't getting them we would be having a refund, so the food was remade... And we got back 3 half orders with the wrong ingredients in one and so much Chinese five spice in the other two you couldn't feel your tongue after two bites (this is no exaggeration!) When we gave up and ate and then told them they insisted it was our fault for eating it. To top it all our cab driver told us how he'd been sick for three days after eating at wok to walk. Generally a shoddy and unprofessional operation with sub par cooking and a complete inability to respect the fact that people are paying for the food they order not just paying and hoping! Zero accountability and zero respect, a good way to waste a lot of money, don't waste your time, there are so many better options in Bristol! Also...

At Wok to Walk, the entire menu is halal, ensuring that all diners can indulge in their delectable offerings without any dietary concerns. From the juicy meats like the succulent duck breast to the flavorful teriyaki chicken wings that practically melt in your mouth, each dish is a testament to their commitment to quality and inclusivity. The freshness of the egg noodles adds a delightful texture to every bite, perfectly complemented by the sweet and sour sauce that enhances the flavors even further. While the spring rolls may have been slightly on the dry side, the diverse array of halal options guarantees that there's something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're craving a satisfying meal on the go or looking to savor a leisurely dining experience, Wok to Walk delivers on both taste and diversity, making it a top choice for those seeking delicious and inclusive cuisine.

Visited before seeing a concert at the O2 Academy across the road. Food took a while to come out but it was fresh and accurate to what I ordered. Staff were friendly and said goodbye to us when we left which was a nice touch. One bit of advice… DO NOT enter the mouldy mens toilets, it’s like a scene from The Last of Us 🍄 hoping it’s just from a leak and not a permanent issue!
