Xuzhou Ground — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

Recommended by Chinese friend, this restaurant seems to be quite popular as many Chinese customers came from different cities to try.

We tried Special ground pot chicken. The soup might be a little salty but very flavourful. The pot comes with potato and on top with chewy thick noodle but I order rice to lighten the soup. The chicken comes with bone so need to eat gently.

The pork belly comes with broccoli. This dish offer the sweetness and juicy pork which compliment another dish.

The staff are supportive and friendly However, The restaurant is pretty small so it might be crowded and need to squeeze yourself in the seat.

It's one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever been to. The service was very good. The lady who served us was so friendly and helpful. Other staff members are nice and polite too. We ordered ground chicken pot地鍋雞 and sweet and sour pork鍋包肉(can't really remember the name). The dishes were amazing, especially the sweet and sour pork. I love it so much.
